Technical Assistance FEDS DWUP-ESF+

The aim of the project is to provide effective support for the implementation of FEDS 2021-2027 by the Lower Silesian Voivodship Labour Office as an Intermediate Body for Priority 11 ESF+ Technical Assistance by: ensuring adequate institutional capacity (salaries of staff, equipment of workstations, training, costs of institutions) and ensuring a proper process of project selection, control, monitoring, promotion. The objective is in line with the objectives of PT FE and SZOP. The implementation of the project requires the provision of financial support, among others, in the field of: - employment of employees - costs of org., tech. and adm. - improving the professional qualifications of employees - control processes, specialist and expert advice - information activities and promotion - remuneration of experts - monitoring system for JTF participants Demand in the above-mentioned areas is adapted to the real needs of the DWUP for the implementation of the FEDS 2021-2027 and will contribute the most to the achievement of the project objective. The project will result in strengthening the organisational, institutional and human resources capacity of the DWUP, which will enable the creation of an effective FEDS implementation system, including by: - increasing the quality of activities implemented for FEDS 2021-2027 by ensuring an optimal level of employment and increasing the competences of the IB staff and creating appropriate working conditions - increasing the efficiency of applying for funds by potential Beneficiaries by increasing knowledge about FEDS among applicants - increasing the quality of projects by effective implementation of information and training activities for the Beneficiary and project control, which will allow maximum use of FEDS funds. The expenditure included in the project complies with the legal provisions, programming documentation and project objectives and is necessary to achieve the project results. The project will implement the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities by ensuring accessibility to the support offered in the project to all project recipients, in particular by: 1) running an information point on the subject of social security; ESF+ and implementation of information meetings in places architecturally adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities and communication difficulties; 2) application of recruitment for information meetings asking about the special needs of participants; 3) provision of information in electronic form facilitating the viewing of documents by visually impaired persons in the area related to public procurement, recruitment of employees and organization of information and promotion activities; 4) use of multi-channel communication (email, fax, telephone, social media); 5) display of promotional materials in places accessible to persons with disabilities and communication difficulties; 6) posting information on the website in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 standard; the project will be implemented taking into account the principle of equal opportunities for women and men, in particular in the area related to recruitment, promotion of employees and their training by applying internal regulations within the Office ensuring equal access to project support for women and men. In addition, information and promotion activities (published publications, promotional materials, presentations and websites) will use messages against stereotypes and discrimination. Training for beneficiaries and experts will be carried out in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities between women and men. The project will be implemented taking into account the principle of sustainable development and the ‘do no significant harm’ principle mainly by: 1) limiting the number of printed materials provided to participants of information meetings to a minimum. All presentations and documents will be made available on the DWUP website;2) conducting ongoing correspondence and consultation of documents by electronic means.
