Support for beneficiaries of the ESF+ FEDS 2021-2027 Programme

Partnership project: Leader – Lower Silesian Provincial Labour Office (DWUP) and Partners: Lower Silesian Federation of Non-Governmental Organizations (DFOP) and Lower Silesian Employers (DP). The aim of the project is to provide effective support to beneficiaries and potential beneficiaries of the FEDS 2021-2027 Programme, through the development of competences necessary to effectively apply for EU funds and run and settle projects. The objective of the project will be achieved by: - organizing forms of support for the Beneficiaries (webinars, trainings, workshops), - assistance in exchanging experiences and best practices (conferences), - telephone consultations (helpline). Support in the project will be tailored to the needs of the Beneficiaries (including potential ones) identified at the level of project implementation. The project will contribute to the objectives of the European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027 (FEDS) programme, in particular specific objective PT.1 – Technical Assistance. The project will result in strengthening the capacity of beneficiaries by raising awareness of the FEDS. As a result of the information activities carried out and the support provided to the Beneficiaries (including potential ones), there will be an increase in the efficiency of applying for EU funds and the quality of the projects implemented. In implementing the project, the Beneficiary will respect horizontal principles, including: - the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities (DA), - the principle of equality between women and men, - the principle of sustainable development, including the ‘do no significant harm’ principle, mainly through: 1) reducing the number of printed materials to a minimum; 2) conducting ongoing correspondence and consultation of documents by electronic means. The draft is in line with the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union of 26 October 2012 and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities done at New York on 13 December 2006 (in particular the rights enshrined in Articles 5-9, 12, 16, 19-21, 24-30). The project will be implemented in accordance with the principles set out in the 'Guidelines for the use of technical assistance resources for 2021-2027'.
