Accreditation of services of business environment institutions and support for enterprises for the purchase of accredited advisory services

The aim of the project is to implement the system of accreditation of IOB services and to provide entrepreneurs with support in the form of vouchers (grants) for the use of these services. This will allow to build a network of institutions specializing in servicing enterprises appropriate to the diagnosed needs and scale of demand, as well as improve the access of SMEs to high-quality services, including highly specialized services, provided by institutions applying certain operating standards and having appropriate competences and resources, and thus increase the competitiveness and innovation of regional SMEs. Obtaining accreditation for a service provided by a given business environment institution and entering it in the database of accredited BEIs will confirm that the institution has sufficient resources and competences to provide this service to enterprises at the expected level. This will make it possible to organize and disseminate the offer addressed to entrepreneurs by business environment institutions. In accredited BEIs, entrepreneurs will receive a standardized quality of service, regardless of the entity and place of provision of the service, including services provided in areas remote from large urban centers. At the same time, by joining the accreditation system, IOBs will have an increased motivation to improve and maintain the high quality of services provided and to improve the level of competence of their employees. The challenge for the region is to adapt enterprises to the assumptions of Economy 4.0, data-driven economy, low-carbon economy, circular economy and the use of green technology, by changing production and sales processes, which requires ensuring availability of advanced advisory services supporting innovation and competitiveness on the part of business environment institutions, as well as the scientific community. Providing financing in the form of vouchers (grants) for accredited services will allow developing companies wishing to increase the range of services provided and having a more peripheral location to economic centres to benefit from these services to a greater extent. The project is an important instrument in the area of creating demand mechanisms for the provision of IOB services to SMEs, where support will meet market demand, i.e. entrepreneurs will determine the types of services themselves and the institution that will be their contractor. The project will be implemented in partnership with the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, represented by the Marshal's Office of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship in Toruń. The scope of tasks of the Leader and Partner is described in detail in the attached Partnership Agreement. The project will be implemented on the basis of approved procedures. The project assumes the following information and promotion activities: 1. Internet (internet site, local portals, social media), 2. Printed materials (leaflets, posters, rollups), 3. Promotion of the project during economic events taking place in the province, 4. Information campaign aimed at target groups. The promotion activities will include in particular: 1. The European Funds mark, the colour mark of the Republic of Poland (in full colour) and the European Union mark and the coat of arms of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province are prominently displayed on: • all information and publicity activities relating to the project, • all printed or digital documents and materials made available to the public, • all documents and materials for project participants. 2. Placing at least one permanent poster with a minimum size A3 or a similar size of electronic display, highlighting the fact of receiving funding from the European Union, in a visible place of the project implementation. 3. Putting a short description of the project on the official website. 4. Putting a short description of the project on the social media pages.
