The subject of the project is the replacement of heat sources in the organisational units of the Włocławek district in order to reduce pollutant emissions and improve air quality, as well as the production of clean electricity in the following facilities: 1.The District Centre for Vocational and Continuing Training in places. Chodecz (Gmina Chodecz), 2nd District Road Administration in Jarantowice (Gmina Choceń), 3rd Care and Educational Centres "Przystań" and "Ostoja" in Lubień Kujawski (Gmina Lubień Kujawski), 4th Social Welfare Centre in Kurów (Gmina Baruchowo), 5th Care and Educational Centres "Jaś" and "Małgosia" in Brzeziu (Gmina Brześć Kujawski), the project assumes a complex of energy modernisation through the construction of photovoltaic installations together with the replacement of old heat sources with heat sources in the above-mentioned buildings. The planned modernization consists in replacing water heating boilers fired with heating oil with heat pumps. The purpose of the exchange is to reduce CO2 emissions, PM 10 and PM 2.5 in connection with the reduction of the combustion of light fuel oil. The project does not include changes in the actual technology of the boiler room and is limited to the replacement/replacement of the sources themselves.
