The project aims to increase the effectiveness of rescue operations and improve safety in places of natural value and floodplains of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. The scope of the project includes the purchase of specialized equipment and equipment for WOPR units associated in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voluntary Water Rescue Service, necessary in the fight against threats and natural disasters of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. The planned equipment was individually selected for each unit.It is planned to purchase the following equipment:4 off-road cars 4x4,1 smaller off-road car 4x4,3 rescue boats with lowered bow deck,3 motor boats with submarines,1 large BUS car,2 small BUS cars,2 BUS cars with technical body,1 special passenger car,1 water scooter(3-person) with trailer,1 rescue platform for scooter,4 quads,2 quads with loading platform and roofing,2 quad trailers,5 quad trailers,3 outboard engines (60 hp),1 outboard engine (20 hp), 6 rescue kayaks,1 drone with thermal camera, 3 pressure washers for washing rescue equipment,9 fixed digital radiotelephones,28 portable digital radiotelephones,3 combustion saws,21 dry suits,41 neoprene "wet" RATOWNIK suits,13 AED defibrillators,5 portable battery-operated LED lighting systems,2 AED defibrillators with monitoring function,19 medical bags/backpacks R1,16 water and ice rescue helmets,7 quad helmets with communication,32 suits for Search and Rescue Groups,9 tactical and medical vests,56 safety vests,1 rescue rowing boat,69 specialist jackets year-round with a lining for a water rescuer, 69 pairs of pants specialist for the water rescuer,81 specialists of fleece sweatshirts for the water rescuer, 68 pairs of tactical shoes for the water rescuer,4 floating safety ropes on the reel-rescue turnstiles,34 rescue belts of the "HUNGARY" type,8 trays with a reflective 100mx10mm rope,2 rescue sleeve darts 25m,2 lifebuoys with trays,2 phantoms of rescue dummies,8 binoculars 10x50, 9 binoculars with thermovision,6 monocular observation thermovisions,36 sets of ABC,4 transport boxes,48 pairs of neoprene shoes,24 neoprene caps, 44 pairs of neoprene gloves, 52 pairs of water shoes, 41 LED headlights, 18 searchlights, 5 generator sets, 3 slurry pumps, 1 floating motor pump, 2 full-face diving masks and 1 specialized 4x4 water rescue truck. The purchased equipment will be used to save human health and life. It will allow rescuers to more effectively watch over the safety of residents of our province as well as tourists. The result of the project will be to improve safety in places of natural value and ensure safety in the field of flood prevention. Thanks to the new equipment, the mobility of rescue units of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie WOPR, their operational capacity, as well as the time to reach the place of the event will be increased. Modernization of the equipment is associated with improving the safety of people swimming, bathing and practicing water sports. It is also possible to obtain information on the current ecosystem and enable conservation measures to be taken. The project foresees indirect costs (2% of direct costs). The beneficiary undertakes to implement measures to promote the source of funding for the project, in accordance with the guidelines. According to the planned schedule, the equipment will be purchased by 30.06.2026r. The timetable is realistic to follow. No building permit decision or notification of construction works is required for the implementation of the project. The project also does not require an EIA assessment.
