The project Construction of smart water supply networks in the Municipality of Kijewo Królewskie is a modernization initiative aimed at transforming the traditional system of water supply to residents into an advanced network management system Currently, the sewage system of the Municipality of Kijewo Królewskie is characterized by a limited ability to monitor and manage the flow and pressure of water, which leads to problems with efficiency, water loss and difficulties in quickly identifying failures. Limited control - lack of advanced water monitoring tools. Water losses - the inability to quickly detect leaks and the effects of surveillance React to failures - the lack of automation makes it difficult to quickly detect and address defects, which prolongs the response time. The project consists of two stages. I concerns the modernisation of hydrophore plants located in Bajerze and Brzozowo and the segmentation of the network into 5 zones through the installation of flow meters. The second stage concerns the replacement of 1250 old water meters and the purchase of a program for remote reading of water meters, which will enable remote reading of consumption and improve invoicing processes and allow residents to better monitor and manage their own consumption . Assumed status after the project: Precise prompt and command - current prompt for pressure, flow and other key operational parameters in real time. Possibility of effect. analyses. and optimization. water management. Reducing water losses and improving water quality - rapid detection and elimination of leaks, reduction of water losses and improvement of service quality. Improve fault management and maintenance - quick identification and location of faults, minimum downtime and increased reliability. The entire investment fits into the concept of sustainable development, where the key aspect is resource management using modern technology. The implementation of the project will have a significant impact on improving the quality of water supply services and, consequently, on improving the lives of the residents of the commune. The first stage of the project will be to conduct a detailed research related to the distribution of the water supply network and an analysis of the needs and limitations related to the separation of individual zones. Then there will be a market research of meetings with companies offering services in this area. The market analysis will create a complete picture allowing you to compare offers and products, which will facilitate the selection of the most advantageous and tailored services. On the basis of the investment estimates, the preliminary budget of the project will be drawn up, the determination of costs will also allow the preparation of a schedule for the implementation of tasks. The next step will be to choose the appropriate procedure related to the contractor and the supplier of the necessary equipment, in accordance with the guidelines on the eligibility of expenditure for 2021-2027. After selecting contractors and signing contracts, we will proceed with the implementation of the works. The works will be carried out in compliance with building standards and in accordance with the applicable safety and environmental standards. After completion of the works, activities related to the verification of investment documentation and activities aimed at assessing the implementation of indicators will take place. The project will also include information and promotion activities, including publication in the social media and on the website (www.kijewo.pl) inf. about the project in order to promote and raise awareness among residents, All promotional activities will be carried out in accordance with the ‘Guidelines on information and promotion of cohesion policy operational programmes for 2021-2027 ’. It is planned to purchase information boards at hydrofornias, promotional leaflets and send them out together with water invoices, promote the project at sessions of the Municipal Council .The project is part of an investment that does not require obtaining a construction permit decision and notification of construction and construction works pursuant to Article 29(4)(3).
