Reconstruction of the water supply network in ul. the Cekcin Canal

The task includes the implementation of activities in the sanitary industry related to the reconstruction of the existing distribution water supply network. This task provides for conversion from existing asbestos pipes to: - water distribution network from PEHD-RC SDR 17 PN10 pipes ø160/9,5mm – 728,00m; - water distribution network from PEHD-RC SDR 17 PN10 pipes ø90/5,4mm – 10,50m; - construction of water connections from PEHD SDR 17 PN10 pipes ø32/2,0mm – 38,00m; - construction of above-ground hydrants DN 80 – 4 pcs. Incorporation of the designed water supply into the existing water supply from PE160 pipes (W1 node) will be done by butt welding. Existing water supply PE160, during the reconstruction of ul. Dworcowa, was moved out of the road lane in ul. It's a canal. There is no as-built inventory, and its course will be determined during the excavation on the construction site. The switching on of the designed water supply in the W11 node will be done by butt welding with a segmented arc PEHD dn160/90 degrees. The water supply network is designed from PEHD PN10 DN/OD 160/9,5mm pipes and outlets supplying the designed hydrants as PEHD PN10 DN/OD 90/5,4mm pipes. The Contractor will be selected to carry out the task – a procedure under Article 275 of the Public Procurement Law Act (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1605 i.e. with late t.d. ). Within the organisational structure of the Applicant, there is no person authorised to perform the duties of a supervisory inspector, hence it is necessary to acquire the competences used from outside. The planned scope of investor supervision will be specified in detail in the documentation of the procedure for selecting the contractor. The tasks and responsibilities of the Supervisory Inspector will include: management, coordination and investor supervision of the construction contract for task 2. The Inspector will be responsible for carrying out investor supervision within the meaning of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws Journal of Laws 2021, item 2351 and later. – hereafter: ‘Construction Law’), coordinating design and construction works by administering, monitoring and managing the Contract, at each stage of its implementation, in a manner consistent with the applicable provisions of Polish law. The inspector will provide staff with appropriate qualifications, professional qualifications, experience and organization and maintenance of logistic facilities throughout the duration of the Contract and will be present at the construction site throughout the duration of the Contract, in accordance with the further requirements of the Contracting Authority and indicated in the Instructions for Contractors. The Inspector will cooperate with the Employer's employees indicated by the Employer in a way that ensures the proper implementation of supervised works, supplies and services. The task necessary to secure the proper conduct of the investment and construction process, carried out in parallel with the construction works process. The Contractor will be selected to carry out the task – a competitive procedure announced in the Competitiveness Database, in accordance with the Project Procurement Manual. The project plans to use the following information and promotion tools: - an information board highlighting the fact of receiving co-financing from the European Union is placed at the place of implementation of the project, - information about the project and the co-financing obtained on the website of the Cekcyn Commune and on the municipality's social media profile. This information will be updated on an ongoing basis. The information published on the website will include data on the name of the project, financial assembly, information on obtaining EU funding, a description of individual tasks, expected objectives and results of the project, including target groups. In addition, the above information will be enriched with photographic documentation from the course of the project. The scope of the project was covered by a building permit – Decision No CEKC.66.2023 of 08.12.2023, issued by Starosta Tucholski.
