The project will consist in the construction of a transfer node in Nakla nad Notecia, which will include parking spaces for cars, a transshipment place for suppliers of entrepreneurs located in the city center, a transfer place for travellers, parking spaces for bicycles and a landing site for the Air Ambulance. The material scope of the project includes the tasks of: 1. Construction works – car park with access roads. The task concerns the construction of several dozen parking spaces, including 8 for people with disabilities, pedestrian and pedestrian-bicycle routes, a place for leaving bicycles, recreation points in the form of tables and benches. There will be a section of the access road, entry and exit for trucks, buses and municipal services in the form of a loop, with a transhipment place. It is planned to implement, among others: - the necessary preparatory works, - the construction of the surface of the parking lots, - the construction of the road surface on the access roads, - the drainage of the area covered by the investment, - the pedestrian-bicycle route on the south side, - the elimination of the overhead pole of the power line and the transfer of the cable to the ground, - finishing and accompanying works, - horizontal and vertical markings. 2. Construction works — aerodrome. The task is an ineligible expense. It concerns the construction of a medical landing site for emergency helicopters, including the Eurocopter EC-135 type. The works include, among others, execution of necessary preparatory works, construction of the landing site along with the entire infrastructure, lighting of the landing site and installation of CCTV cameras, drainage of the area through TLOF board drops. The project budget does not include indirect costs, while the Applicant will carry out information and promotion activities on its own: - placing an information and memorial board (1 pc.) at the place of project implementation, - information about the project and the funding obtained on the Applicant's website and on his/her social media profile (e.g. Facebook). Facebook). - placing the signs of the European Funds, the colours of the Republic of Poland and the European Union and the coat of arms of the voivodeship on documents related to the implementation of the project, made public. For all information about the implemented project, communicated via the Internet, will be used hashtags: #EU funds or #European funds. The total investment cost of the project entitled ‘Construction of the interchange as part of the improvement of the transport system in the Commune of Nakło nad Notecią’ amounts to PLN 3 761 522.77 gross, of which the eligible costs amount to PLN 2 624 121.91 gross. Ineligible costs amount to PLN 1,137,400.86 and are related to the construction of the landing site. The ERDF co-financing of the project amounts to PLN 2 230 503.62 and the Applicant's own contribution to the eligible and non-eligible costs amounts to PLN 1 531 019.15. The value of the grant shall not exceed the amount specified in the project fiche. The project was placed on the basic list of projects of the BydOF ITI strategy under the heading: 3, on p.137. The project is part of Strategic Objective 3. Building a coherent spatial order of the area, including a balanced system, Operational Objective 3.2. Sustainable coherent metropolitan transport, for the implementation of which a course of action has been set, among others: Developing public transport infrastructure and ensuring its appropriate frequency. The works planned in the project required a building permit – the applicant obtained a building permit – Decision No 579 issued on 24 November 2022, rectified by order of 6 February 2023. The project is under construction – a contract has been signed with the contractor for the construction works. The project complies with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination set out in Article 9 of General Regulation 2021/1060 and the principle of equality between women and men (more broadly in the Investment Plan).
