The investment concerns support for the transport infrastructure of the City of Grudziądz through the purchase and installation of eight stationary vending machines for the sale of public transport tickets. The project assumes the location of vending machines at stops with high passenger volume. Grudziądz is located within the Municipal Functional Area of Grudziądz (MOF Grudziądz). The area includes the core city of Grudziądz and three rural municipalities: Grudziądz and Rogóźno from the Grudziądz poviat and Dragacz from the secular poviat, and it was primarily the inhabitants of the area who were dedicated to the project. Ticket machines will be equipped with modern technologies enabling the purchase of tickets in the form of cash (payment with banknotes and bills) and non-cash (payment with a payment card, contactless and using the Polish BLIK payment standard, charging the city card). In addition, it will be possible to operate the machines in several languages, which will make it easier for foreigners, including tourists, to use them. The vending machines purchased under this project will be powered by solar energy, which means that they will contribute to reducing electricity consumption and will not have a negative impact on the environment. Immediately after receiving funding, the Applicant will place posters in the form of slides on an electronic display in eight locations that are places where the project will be implemented. In addition, a paper poster with a minimum size of A3 (sheet size 297x420 mm, horizontal orientation) will be displayed at the Applicant's premises. In the field of promotional and informational activities, the Applicant also provided for the affixing of labels in the form of stickers to the purchased ticket machines. The size and material of the stickers will be adapted to the surface of the vending machines – however, the dimensions of the stickers will not be less than 14x8 cm and all characters will remain legible and clear, also in case the Applicant decides to increase the size of the stickers. All elements and proportions will be maintained. The applicant shall place the markings of the devices in clearly visible places. In addition, information and promotional materials will be posted on the Applicant's website and social media ensuring accessibility and compliance with the digital standard. All information and promotion materials will be marked in accordance with the applicable guidelines contained in the "Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 in the field of information and promotion". There is no need for technical documentation for the main task and therefore the part of Annex 7 on technical documentation remained unfilled. The project in question does not require a building permit or notification of construction works. The applicant signed a contract for the preparation of the grant application together with annexes.
