Reconstruction of the Nakło nad Notecia amphitheatre – stage I

The project assumes the reconstruction of the amphitheater in Naklo nad Notecia along with the audience and land development. Main objective: Create a modern cultural infrastructure that will serve as a hub for cultural and social events in the region. Specific objectives: Improving the quality of life of residents, promoting local culture and art, increasing the tourist attractiveness of the city, supporting education and social integration. Scope of the Project: 1. material implementation of the project (construction works): Reconstruction of the amphitheater: - Demolition of an existing, unusable facility - Construction of a modern stage and auditorium - Installation of a canopy - Technical site management: - Creation of green areas and recreational areas - Installation of small architecture such as benches, lighting and walking paths Equipment 2.promotion Total value of the project: Ineligible expenses include VAT and costs related to the construction of the stage building, for which it is planned to obtain co-financing from the Government Fund of the Strategic Investment Program Polish Deal. Eligible costs will amount to PLN 40315863.64, non-eligible costs will amount to PLN 20902450.98, including VAT: PLN 11447327,13. Ways of implementation: Method: The project will be implemented in accordance with modern construction standards, using ecological materials and technologies. Form:General contractor responsible for all construction works, in cooperation with local companies and specialists. Planned Information and Promotional Activities:The website and social media of the municipality and the information and memorial board (1 pc.). Actions already taken: Obtaining a building permit in accordance with Decision No 248 of the Mayor of Nakielski of 21 June 2024 (case reference: WWA.6740.200.2024.AM) The project is ready for implementation, including full design and technical documentation on the basis of which the building permit was applied for. The technical documentation of the project, together with the Certificate of the body responsible for monitoring Natura 2000 sites, indicates a wide range of formal implementation. The applicant has the right to dispose of the real estate on which the project is located. None of the tasks indicated in the material scope of the project has yet been undertaken, at the same time the deadline for launching a tender for the execution of the works is scheduled for 9 July 2024. The implementation of the project to reconstruct the amphitheatre in Naklo nad Notecią will contribute to the growing importance of the city as a regional cultural centre and will also have a positive impact on the social and economic development of the region. (criterion B12)The project was designed taking full account of the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination. Particular emphasis was placed on ensuring the accessibility of spaces and products offered to all users, including persons with disabilities. In accordance with accessibility standards, the project includes accessibility elements arch.:Providing entrances at the ground level or equipping the facility with ramps and elevators, the audience allowing free access. The project was developed in the spirit of universal design, which provides solutions beneficial for all user groups without the need for subsequent adaptations. (criterion B15)The project supports the principle of gender equality as a key element of socio-economic development.
