The implementation of the project concerns the construction of bicycle lanes with the necessary accompanying infrastructure, i.e. elements of small architecture, including benches, parking spaces adapted to observe natural values and illuminate these places. The investment undertaken by the Municipality of Nakło nad Notecią is an expression of creating an attractive public space, conducive to rest, recreation and tourist getting to know the region based on an active way of spending time. The planned infrastructure will be an important element of the coastal recreation and recreation center, constituting an integration space - a meeting place for residents and visitors. The planned cycle path will run through plots ewid.1474/3, 1019/4, 1064/9, 1064/7, 1069/1, 1091, 1081/2, 1098, 1097/1, 1097/2, 1097/4, 1097/3, 1097/5, 694, 944/5, within 0001 Nakło nad Notecią, along the Bydgoszcz Canal. The investment will affect the connection of the planned bicycle road with the already existing one, running along the district road No. 1921. The project involves the construction of a cycle road on five sections with a total length of 4.7650 km. The material scope of the project includes: 1.Construction of the Nadnotecki Bicycle Park in Nakle nad Notecia – stage I – road industries, including: - construction of a pavement made of concrete cube by width. 2,50 m and road construction – KR1 with a rock band with a width from 0,50 m to 1,00 m; - surface drainage of the road with drainage of water to existing roadside ditches and to the area of the road lane, where in the case of roadside ditches it is planned to clean up and remove possible collisions with the existing land armament, - felling of trees colliding with the course of the road along with planting new vegetation as compensatory actions, after the completed construction works; - designating and adapting places to observe natural values along with supplementing the bicycle path with elements of small architecture. 2. Construction of the Nadnotecki Bicycle Park in Nakło nad Notecia – stage I – electrical industries, including: - built in the lane of the communal road ul. Notecka (Dz. nr 1069/1 and 1474/3) of the lighting system, including the nN 0.4 kV power line with the location of 9 steel or aluminum lanterns with heights of 8 m with a boom of 1.5 m and a 27W LED road luminaire (3250 lm). 3. Promotion of the project - as part of the cost-free activities, it is planned to publish information about the project and the funding obtained on the municipality's website and on the municipality's social media profile, and the cost element of the task will be the ordering of an information and memorial board and its installation at the place of project implementation. The table has the function of informing about the fact of receiving EU funding. The project in question is ready for implementation, including full design and technical documentation on the basis of which a permit for the construction of a bicycle path was applied for. The technical documentation of the project, as well as the decision to refrain from carrying out an environmental impact assessment together with the Certificate, the authority responsible for monitoring Natura 2000 sites indicates a wider scope than the projects in question. The project is part of a larger investment. The building permit, Decision No 428, was issued by Starosta Nakielski on 23 October 2023. The municipality of Nakło nad Notecią has the right to dispose of the real estate on which the project is located. None of the tasks indicated in the material scope of the project has yet been undertaken - the project will start in the second quarter of 2024, which is why the planned date for selecting the contractor for the above-mentioned tasks is the first quarter of 2024.
