The project includes the construction of a small architecture facility - a sports and recreation area with a recreation, sports and tourist zone in Stawki in the Aleksandrów Kujawski Commune. The investment will be located in the center of the village of Stawki behind the sports stadium at ul. Sports on plot No. 240/2. The plot is provided with an existing access from a public road (Dz.nr 134/1), water supply and electricity network located on the road being its south-eastern border. The area of the plot is currently undeveloped and is located in the vicinity of residential buildings, it is a very attractive recreation and recreation area. On the undeveloped plot of land, the municipality wants to implement a project that will serve children, adults, seniors and people with disabilities and will complement the sports and recreation area in this town. The whole area is to be divided into zones: a skate park, a playground, a track for rollers and boards, and a track for spatial orientation exercises and overcoming obstacles with physical disabilities. All designed devices will be durable and attractive. The designed area is intended to become a meeting place, and the multitude of fitness devices and playground devices are to encourage active spending of time. The devices will be designed for all ages. The space was designed with a clear division into a part, fun and leisure sports. The project provides for the construction of new paths. a) Playground: earth trampoline, wooden stump path, hill with tunnel and slide, hill with rope and climbing wall, rope pyramid, swing stork nest, play set and spring b) Skatepark: pumptrack, quarter pipe, funbox, bank, ollie-box c) Other: benches, panel fence of the plot with gate and gate, led lanterns, information boards, hardening of paving stones, safe polyurethane surface, grass surface, plantings – e.g. spherical maple. In terms of improving the quality of life of residents, the Aleksandrów Kujawski Commune conducts a policy of hierarchizing space for public space and for residents. Due to the limited possibilities of spatial development of the Aleksandrów Kujawski Commune and the growing demands of residents, the village of Stawki is to serve as a multifunctional center of higher-level services. The development of cultural and sports-recreational facilities is aimed at providing the inhabitants of the commune with appropriate conditions for education, entertainment and recreation. Construction of the skatepark along with the supply of equipment; 2. Construction of a playground with the supply of equipment; 3. Construction of the fence and development and hardening of the area with small architecture; 4. Making plantings and caring for greenery; 5. Supervision of construction works (investor); 6. Indirect costs. Currently, the Municipality has the required building permits and design documentation and all other legally required decisions, arrangements and administrative permits. As part of the promotion, it is planned to publish an advertisement in the local press and purchase an information board and post information about the project on social media and on the Municipality's website. The planned place of rest and recreation in the village of Stawki will be a public space as an open and public place, which, due to its location in the structure of the village, plays an important role in the life of the local community – taking into account the needs of its members of different ages, degrees of physical fitness and with different interests. The project responds to the problems identified in the technical and spatial-functional zone regarding the occurrence of degraded space and the lack of public recreational infrastructure in Stawek.
