Currently, the library building intended for superstructure and expansion is a one-storey, non-basement building, brick construction with a flat roof covered with papa on a stick. The superstructure is subject to the entire facility creating an additional storey. The rear of the building in the central part is being expanded to create a staircase to the first floor. There are no plantings on the plots. The investment area is armed with a water supply connection from the municipal water supply network, a sanitary sewage connection from the municipal sanitary sewage network and an energy connection from the network (Investor's statement). The plots have direct access to the public road of the district category no. 2226C (district no. 390/3) through the existing exit. After the superstructure and extension, the facility will continue to function as a library. For the implementation of this task, the Municipality of Rogowo received Decision No 223/2024 of 14 August 2024 approving the land development project and the architectural and construction project, granting a building permit for the investment entitled: ‘Superstructure and extension of the building of the Municipal Public Library in Rogów’. Problem: Deficiencies in infrastructure for culture Main objective: Expansion of infrastructure serving culture Scope of the project: The subject of the project is the superstructure and extension of the building of the Municipal Library in Rogów, in order to create a place enabling the implementation of activation and inclusion activities, which primarily serve social integration. As part of the project, it is planned to reconstruct the floor of the library building in order to create an appropriate place for the implementation of activities for social inclusion and cultivating the traditions and customs of the Dobrzyń land. In the project co-financing sources, the applicant assumes co-financing at the level of 82.27% of eligible expenditure (ERDF – 73.61% (PLN 892 503.00) and the state budget – 8.66% (PLN 105 000.35). The total co-financing of the project is: PLN 997 503.35.
