Development of a recreation area on Lake Lubiecki in Lubcz

The aim of this project is to develop a recreational area in Lubcz, Żnin County, Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province on plots No. 105/6, 77/2. The project assumes the development of the area with the following elements: wooden platform, recreational shelter, beach, beach volleyball court, fireplace with benches, parking stands, solar lamps. The material scope of the project provides for: preparation of design documentation and construction works. Construction works include: construction of a bridge, construction of a shed, pavement hardening, construction of a beach, places for a bonfire, delivery of small architecture, demolition and preparatory works, logging. The total cost of the investment is PLN 397 104.15 gross, including all costs are eligible. The municipality is technically ready to implement the project, has the right to dispose of the land, has the required technical and design documentation. The municipality obtained a building permit Decision No 470 of 21 October 2022. The municipality obtained a certificate from the body responsible for monitoring NATURA 2000 sites. The investment does not require an environmental decision. As part of the promotion, it is planned to include information about the project on the website of the Municipality of Rogowo www.rogowo.paluki.pl. The project has a positive impact on the implementation of the equal opportunities policy. The built infrastructure will be accessible to all without a specific indication to any of the social groups. The Treaty on European Union provides that the Union shall support and complement the activities of the Member States, in particular where the project does not demonstrate a breach of the principle of equal opportunities between men and women. The project assigns the same social value to women and men. No equality barriers were identified for the target group. All planned activities will comply with this principle, both at the time of preparation of the proposal for its implementation, implementation, accounting and later during the use of the resulting resources. Universal design means the application of accessibility standards. The development of the site will be in accordance with the architectural and informational and promotional standards. The products of the project are consistent with the concept of universal design: equal opportunities for all, flexibility in use, simplicity and intuition in use, perceptibility of information, tolerance for errors, little effort during use, perception of equality. The infrastructure will not create architectural barriers for people with disabilities. Information and promotion activities shall not use content that discriminates against, ridicules or perpetuates stereotypes based on disability or other grounds indicated in Article 7 of the General Regulation, such as: gender, race, or ethnic origin , religion , belief, age or orientation. The project complies with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination set out in Article 9 of Regulation 2021/1060. The applicant declares the availability of all project products (which have not been considered as non-negligible_in accordance with Annex 2 to the Guidelines for the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027
