"Improving the accessibility of schools in Nakla nad Notecia for people with special educational needs, including the construction of an athletics track at the Klemens Biniakowski Municipal Stadium"

The subject of the project is to undertake investment activities to improve the accessibility of schools in Nakle nad Notecia for people with special educational needs, including the construction of a full-size athletics track at the Klemens Biniakowski municipal stadium. Support in this respect will be provided to two educational institutions in the Commune of Nakło nad Notecią, i.e.: School-Pre-School Complex No. 3 and School-Pre-School Complex No. 4 in Nakla nad Notecią, in which the following activities will be implemented: - reconstruction of external traffic routes leading to the school facility - development of the area at ZSP No. 4, - arrangement of contrast carpets in traffic routes inside ZSP No. 3 - reconstruction of the square at the school facility and adaptation of it for children and young people with special needs in ZSP No. 4, - reconstruction (adaptation) of school sanitary facilities in ZSP No. 4. In addition, the project also planned the construction of a full-size tartan treadmill made of polyurethane at the city stadium. The tartan treadmill will be designed for free sports and other integration activities for schoolchildren, in a way that ensures accessibility for people with special educational needs, in the scope of at least 50% of the facility's working time. The treadmill will be used by pupils from schools/institutions supported by the same project to improve accessibility. The educational sports base will be accessible to all and adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities. The performance of the athletics treadmill results from the developed diagnosis of the needs of the sports base in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. As part of the recommended projects for diagnosed investment tasks, a full-size tartan treadmill in Nakle nad Notecia is proposed for financial support from the FEdKiP for the years 2021-2027. The period of implementation of the investment concerns the years 2021-2024. The project is included in the basic list of projects of the BydOF ITI strategy (item 42). The project is located in the area of Nakla nad Notecią, which was indicated as a problem area bydOF - as a medium-sized city losing its economic and social functions, together with the area of the municipality. received a positive opinion of the minister responsible for regional development and a positive opinion of the MA FEdKP 2021-2027. The applicant has the right to dispose of the property for the purposes of the project resulting from ownership. The investment will be carried out on the basis of the final building permit decision of 2 July 2018. The applicant also obtained Decision No 203 of 26 March 2021 amending Decision No 364 as regards the approval of amendments to the construction project. The contract was signed with the construction contractor (10.12.2021 for the construction of the treadmill). The solutions applied in the project are fully compliant with the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination in accordance with Article 9 of the Regulation. 2021/1060. The results and outputs of the project will be available on an equal basis and in a non-discriminatory manner to all beneficiaries. The project will apply accessibility standards for cohesion policy for 2021-2027. The project has a positive impact on the policy of equality between women and men. The analysis of the needs for the implementation of the project did not reveal any inequalities in terms of infrastructure covered by the project, in the context of equality between women and men. The project does not plan activities that will directly affect gender equality. The applicant will carry out activities so that no such barriers appear at any stage of the project implementation. The policy of equal opportunities is respected from the moment of creating the project concept to the stage of its implementation. The project ensures equality between women and men through equal participation in the decision-making process and within the project management structure.
