The subject of the project is the construction of a didactic and workshop building for the Kowal School Complex in order to improve the teaching conditions in the field of vocational education, improve the quality of vocational education, increase its attractiveness and adapt to the dynamically changing needs of the labour market, thus supporting the socio-economic development of the region and improving the career prospects of graduates. The scope of the project includes the construction of a teaching and workshop building with a total usable area of 2,233.57 m2 at the School Complex in Kowal, together with the construction of an underground gas tank with a capacity of 4,850L-2pcs and the construction of a car park, while the eligible costs of the Project show only expenditure on the part that will be allocated for the purposes of vocational education, i.e. 71.20% (1 590.32m2) including the proportion of land area. The remaining area of the building will be used for general and non-vocational education purposes, i.e. 643.25m2. The designed building is located directly next to the existing school building in Kowal, at ul. Beer 20, on plot No. 1107 area of the town of Kowal. As part of the project, the following activities will be implemented: - construction works (construction of the facility, development of the site, including: gas tanks and parking). To date, preparatory work has been carried out on: - development of technical documents, - obtaining a building permit, - development of an Investment Plan.
