Renovation of agronomic premises with adaptation to an assisted flat in Rogowo

Plot No. 354/1 located in the village of Rogowo is a property built with a residential building and three outbuildings. On the plot there is low vegetation and deciduous trees. The plot is equipped with a water supply connection, sanitary sewerage, energy and telecommunications. The property has direct access to a public road of the municipal category (Dz. nr 492). The analyzed building is a two-storey building with a non-use attic, partly basement. Currently, the ground floor of the building is an agronomist's flat, and the first floor is a residential flat. The study covers only the ground floor of the building in which the renovation with adaptation to assisted housing is planned. Building of a brick structure, thrown in the shape of a rectangle. The structure of the building consists of walls made of gas concrete blocks, brick foundations made of concrete blocks, wooden roof structure covered with corrugated eternity. The designed premises are adapted for use by disabled people, including the elderly. All door leafs have a size of min. 90 cm. The bathroom has a manoeuvring space with a diameter of 150 cm. The washbasin, toilet bowl and shower cubicle are designed with grabs. In addition, a driveway for the disabled was designed at the entrance to the building. The main problem: Insufficient infrastructure for social services in the municipality. Main objective: Development of infrastructure for social services in the Municipality. The scope of the project includes the adaptation of an agronomist's flat to an assisted flat in Rogowo. The planned renovation will be used to adapt the apartment to support the elderly, who are in a difficult housing situation, without the possibility of support by loved ones. The facility has designed two bedrooms, common room (living room), bathroom, kitchen and corridor and vestibule. Tasks planned in the project: 1. Development of project documentation 2. Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities (ERDF/JTF/FS): 1 pc(s) Results: Annual number of users of new or modernised social housing: 3 users/year Compliance with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and the principle of equality between women and men described in detail in Chapter 1.11. The investment plan. In the project funding sources, the applicant assumes co-financing of 95.00% of eligible expenditure (ERDF 85.00% (PLN 421 458.79) and the State budget 10.00% (PLN 49 583.38)).
