Subject of the project: The project consists in building and equipping a modern Mental Health Center for adults in Bydgoszcz, which will provide comprehensive psychiatric and psychological care. The objective of the investment is to improve the availability and quality of mental health services in the region, with a focus on early intervention, outpatient therapy and community-based care. The investment will introduce an environmental model of psychiatric care for adults by creating a CZP in Bydgoszcz and adapting the infrastructure of the medical entity to the requirements of the new model of psychiatric care for adults, with particular emphasis on non-hospital crisis residences. Scope of the project: The project includes the construction of a modern 5-storey facility with a usable area of 1.106.79 m2 along with land development on plot No. 7 and 4/7 of 0174 B-szcz, which will be equipped with therapeutic rooms, specialist offices, diagnostic rooms and rooms supporting social rehabilitation of patients. The material scope of the project includes: - Construction work: Construction of a new facility along with development of the area around the facility, - Equipment: Purchase of furniture, devices and modern medical equipment, including diagnostic devices and equipment for medical and therapeutic surgeries. As part of the project, the following activities will be carried out: - preparatory works of the project (development of the application for co-financing and the Investment Plan) - selection of contractors/suppliers of equipment - execution of construction works (creation of the CZP building, execution of a complete technical installation and development of the area around the CZP building) - supply and installation of devices, equipment and equipment necessary to provide mental health services - author's and investor's supervision - promotion of the Project (1.Information tables promoting the CZP, 2.Information on the website of the WPZP, 3.Description of the CZP creation project on the facebook portal of the WPZP facility in Bydgoszcz, 4.Placing stickers on medical equipment purchased from EU funds (according to the FEKP program), 5.Conferences on radio and television promoting the purpose of the CZP creation, 6.Journalist visits once a quarter during the construction of the CZP, 7.Reporting construction stages (in the form of photos and videos), 8.Social actions, mental health promotions concerning patients, 9.Piknik for the opening of the CZP). The applicant has the technical documentation and the decision of the Mayor of the City of Bydgoszcz authorising the implementation of the investment of 25 November 2024. The project, both during its implementation and during the durability period, will comply with the principle of equality between women and men. The staff employed by W-cy are both women and men. The project team will also be composed of men and women. Personnel shall have adequate knowledge of the obligation to respect equality between women and men and shall be able to apply this principle in their day-to-day work on the project. The project will be in line with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination set out in Article 9 of Regulation 2021/1060. The W-ca project will not use discriminatory messages, ridicule or perpetuate stereotypes based on disability or other grounds indicated in Art. 2021/1060, such as: gender, racial or ethnic origin, religion, belief, age or sexual orientation. All instructions, descriptions, etc. will be available, i.e. according to the digital stand (including the full WCAG 2.1 standard). The infrastructure created as part of the project will have architectural facilities for people with disabilities (including: parking lots, entrance to the building, toilets, rooms).
