The project concerns the implementation of a grant project aimed at supporting women and men trying to break stereotypes related to their role in the family and society, raising the knowledge and awareness of people involved in education and work with children and youth, and increasing the participation and empowerment of women on the labour market, as well as the smooth implementation of LDS as part of management and animation costs in the period from 01.08.2024 to 30.06.2029. The project is in line with the Local Development Strategy for the Land of Gothic LAG area for the years 2023-2029 and contributes to the implementation of the LDS Objective No. 1.Strengthening the integration and competences of residents of the LDS area through the development of social services in the local environment and project 1.3. The project is aimed at 180 adults from the LSR area (140 women and 40 men). The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of output and result indicators consistent with the programme and those specific to the project: - Number of persons supported for equality between women and men : 180 people - Number of people who have raised awareness of equality between women and men through the programme support: 120 people As part of the project, the following tasks are planned: 1.Selection of projects covered by the grant - creation of parent clubs, classes raising the knowledge of people dealing with work with children and youth and support for women from the LSR area in starting, maintaining or returning to employment as part of the Undertaking in LSR 1.3.Equal opportunities for residents of LSR Land Gothic , Objective LSR 1 Strengthening the integration and competences of residents of the LSR area through the development of social services in the local environment. 2. Indirect costs. The project will be preceded by various information and promotion activities, which will present in a clear and concrete way the assumptions of the project, through, among others, a website which will contain a description of the project www.lgd.ziemiagotyku.com, social media, newsletter, information meetings, advice, events (resulting from the Communication Plan).Information and promotion obligations, including informing the public about the funding of the project by the European Union, in accordance with the General Regulation (in particular Annex IX - Communication and Visibility) and in accordance with Annex 3 to the Agreement. The total value of the project will be PLN 1,074,305.92, of which the co-financing amount will be PLN 1,020,590.61.
