The project concerns the implementation of a grant project whose main objective is to support the breaking of gender stereotypes. The project is in line with the Local Development Strategy of the Association Local Action Group "Podgrodzie Toruńskie" 2023-2029 and implements its specific objective II Increase in social activity of residents of the LSR area. The project will be implemented through a single call for proposals concerning the selection of projects covered by the grant. Types of projects within the announced calls, in accordance with the Rules for the selection of ESF+ grant projects. The Local Action Group "Podgrodzie Toruńskie" is responsible for the selection of grantees implementing projects covered by the grant, which undertakes to grant funding to a given grantee for no more than two grant applications, in response to a given call, in accordance with the criteria for the selection of grantees. Grantees may be all entities except natural persons (it does not apply to persons conducting business or educational activity on the basis of separate regulations). In the case of implementation of grant projects, in the CLLD instrument, the grantee is not at the same time a participant in the project. The project will be supported by a total of 32 people. As a result, 20 people in the project will raise the level of knowledge on equality between women and men. Project implementation indicators: 1. Output indicators: - Number of persons supported for equality between women and men - 32. 2. Result indicators: - The number of people who have raised the level of knowledge in the field of equality between women and men thanks to the support in the programme - 20 people. Information and promotion activities will be carried out in accordance with the Communication Plan, i.e. all information on calls, trainings, information meetings will be published on the LAG's website www.podgrodzie-toruńskie.pl and via social media and a newsletter. Before the announcement of the first call, the LAG will organise at least one information and consultation meeting with representatives of the target groups (with particular emphasis on parishes) of communication activities in each municipality of the LDS area. The project will be implemented in accordance with the provisions applicable to the substantive area and the conditions for support set out in the Project Selection Regulations. The project will be implemented in accordance with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, done at New York on 13 December 2006 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1169 as amended) as regards the method of implementation, the scope of the project and the applicant. The project will be implemented in accordance with the Guidelines for the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027 and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU of 26 October 2012. Projects covered by the grant will be selected, implemented and settled on the basis of procedures approved by the MA. The project also provides for costs related to the animation and management of LSR, which will be settled under indirect costs and relate to, among others, the costs of supervision over the implementation of LSR or the costs of operating the office. Total value of the project: PLN 193 568.64; co-financing of PLN 183 890.20; own contribution of PLN 9 678.44. Duration of the project: from 01/01/2024 to 31/12/2029
