The project concerns the area of the Aleksandrov poviat in which the LAG Association "Partnership for the Kuyavian Land" operates and is addressed to its inhabitants. The project will be implemented in the grant formula. Grantees may be all entities except natural persons (it does not apply to persons conducting business or educational activity on the basis of separate regulations). The main objective of the project is to animate the local community in the fight against stereotypes and to promote equality. The types of projects that may receive funding under the project covered by the grant are: 1. raising the knowledge and awareness of people involved in education and work with children and young people about gender stereotypes and the specific needs of people of different genders, including peer violence based on gender-related beliefs, 2. parent clubs - parents' meeting places, depending on the needs, aimed at: – support for women (exchange of experiences, motivational workshops, psychological workshops, coaching, support circles) trying to reconcile work and family life, strengthening self-esteem and motivation to break stereotypes about the role of women and personal development; – support for men (exchange of experiences, motivational workshops, psychological workshops, coaching, support circles) trying to overcome stereotypes related to the role of men in the family and society, encouraging greater involvement in caring responsibilities. Parent clubs may provide for joint activities for men and women, to the extent indicated above. 3. increasing the participation and empowerment of women in the labour market through measures to support their entry into, retention in or return to employment, such as: legal support, in the field of personal development, motivating, psychological, strengthening self-esteem. In project type 2, support for children under the age of three can only be accompanying (care for the duration of the guardian's participation in the meeting at the parent's club). The following output indicators will be achieved as a result of the project: - Number of persons supported for equality between women and men - 157 (K - 79, M -78); - Population covered by projects under the integrated territorial development strategy - 157 people (K - 79, M -78). The following result indicators will be achieved as a result of the project: - The number of people who have raised the level of knowledge in the field of equality between women and men thanks to the support in the programme - 95 people (K - 48, M - 47). The project description and documentation related to the calls for proposals will be available on the Association's website - www.ziemiakujawska.pl.The calls for projects covered by the grant will be preceded by various information and promotional activities, including training for potential applicants, which will present in a clear and concrete way the assumptions of the call, the rules for granting support for projects covered by the grant, the conditions for granting support together with the Local Selection Criteria, the amount of the call allocation, the possible forms of support and the deadline for the call for applications for awarding the grant - this information will be made available by the LAG through, among others, its website, Facebook social network and press and/or radio announcements. Total expenditure in the project - PLN 967 843.16 Co-financing - PLN 919 451.00 (95.00%) Own contribution - PLN 48 392.16 LAG The Association "Partnership for the Kujawska Region" undertakes to grant the grantee co-financing for no more than 2 applications under a given call. The project is in line with the Community-led Local Development Strategy for 2023-2027 of the Local Action Group of the Association "Partnership for Kujawska Land".
