The grant project is part of the assumptions of the Local Development Strategy of the Local Action Group "City of Świecki District" for 2021-2027. The aim of the grant project is to create and support 48 educational youth clubs aimed at acquiring knowledge, skills and competences and developing the interests of 720 children and young people living in the secular district until December 2029. The products are: 720 disadvantaged pupils supported in non-formal education; 576 pupils in schools and educational establishments providing general education supported; 144 pupils and students in supported schools and vocational training institutions; 51 children/pupils with special developmental and educational needs supported. The result is 288 students who acquired qualifications after leaving the program. Types of projects: 1. developing social and civic skills, especially of pupils at risk of falling out of the school system, through the creation and support for the creation and functioning of educational youth clubs, implemented in accordance with the Standard of Youth Clubs. Within the clubs, it is possible to implement a diverse thematic area, taking into account the interests, abilities, needs and predispositions of children and young people, e.g. film, music, art, sports, robotics, programming, local identity and culture, the implementation of meetings, workshops and study visits; 2. developing the talents of children and young people and aimed at achieving a specific educational goal (e.g. preparation and participation in a national or international scientific competition, while knowledge competitions will not be considered as scientific competitions, e.g. a competition for knowledge of English or a competition for knowledge of great Poles); 3. projects contributing to the increase of knowledge and acquisition of skills useful in the choice of education paths and in the future professional life, e.g. through workshops in the area of disappearing professions and related to the tradition of the region. Projects must not be a one-off intervention, e.g. a school trip (visiting a museum), but cyclical activities bringing crafts closer, during which participants will acquire skills, competences and knowledge in the field of dying professions.
