The project concerns the implementation of a grant project whose main goal is to support children and young people outside formal education. The project is in line with the Local Development Strategy of the Association Local Action Group "Podgrodzie Toruńskie" 2023-2029 and implements its specific objective II Increase in social activity of residents of the LSR area. The project will be implemented through four calls for proposals concerning the selection of projects covered by the grant. Types of projects within the announced calls, in accordance with the Rules for the selection of ESF+ grant projects. The Local Action Group "Podgrodzie Toruńskie" is responsible for the selection of grantees implementing projects covered by the grant, which undertakes to grant funding to a given grantee for no more than two grant applications, in response to a given call, in accordance with the criteria for the selection of grantees. Grantees may be all entities except natural persons (it does not apply to persons conducting business or educational activity on the basis of separate regulations). In the case of implementation of grant projects, in the CLLD instrument, the grantee is not at the same time a participant in the project. The condition for support in this type of projects is additionality, which means that ESF+ funds are additional to the activities already implemented by clubs/entities (no financing of current activities). Projects will be implemented in accordance with the Standard of youth clubs co-financed by the ESF+ under Measure 7.2 of the European Funds for Kujawy and Pomerania programme for 2021-2027.’ The project will support a total of 321 disadvantaged people, including 301 pupils of schools and educational institutions providing general education, 10 pupils and students of schools and vocational education institutions and 10 pupils with special development and educational needs. As a result, 129 people in the project will acquire qualifications after leaving the program. Project implementation indicators: 1. Output indicators: - Number of disadvantaged people supported in non-formal education - 321. - Number of pupils in schools and educational establishments providing general education supported - 301 persons. - Number of children/pupils with special developmental and educational needs supported - 10 persons. - Number of pupils and students in schools and vocational training institutions supported - 10. 2. Result indicators: - The number of students who acquired qualifications after leaving the programme - 129 people. Information and promotion activities will be carried out in accordance with the Communication Plan, i.e. all information on calls, trainings, information meetings will be published on the LAG's website www.podgrodzie-toruńskie.pl and via social media and a newsletter. Before the announcement of the first call, the LAG will organise at least one information and consultation meeting with representatives of the target groups (with particular emphasis on parishes) of communication activities in each municipality of the LDS area. The project will be implemented in accordance with the provisions applicable to the substantive area and the conditions for support set out in the Project Selection Regulations. The draft is in line with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, done at New York on 13.12.2006 (DZ. Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1169 as amended) as regards the method of implementation, the scope of the project and the applicant. Projects covered by the grant will be selected, implemented and settled on the basis of procedures approved by the MA. The project also provides for costs related to the animation and management of LSR, which will be settled under indirect costs and relate to, among others, the costs of supervision over the implementation of LSR or the costs of operating the office. Total value of the project: PLN 2,419,607.90; co-financing PLN 2 298 627.50; own contribution PLN 120 980.40. Duration of the project: from 01/01/2024 to 31/12/2029
