The project concerns the implementation of a grant project which aims to support equal access to and completion of quality, inclusive education and training, in particular for disadvantaged groups, from early childhood education and care through general and vocational education and training, to tertiary education, as well as adult education and learning, including facilitating learning mobility for all and accessibility for persons with disabilities (focus area) by supporting children and young learners aged 6-24 living in the Toruń municipality through the implementation of grant projects. The project implements the objectives included in the Local Development Strategy for the City of Toruń: 1. Strengthen integrated measures to support and educate young people in the field of LDS and 2. Increase knowledge and acquisition of skills useful in the choice of education paths and in future professional life, including in the area of disappearing professions and traditions of the region. As part of the project, tasks are planned: 1. Task 1. Selection and (selection and payment of grants under Projects in IAS 1.1: Creation and operation of youth clubs and implementation of educational projects aimed at achieving a specific educational goal and 1.2 Protection of lost professions and increasing awareness of the region's traditions through the organization of educational activities, as well as Task 2. Indirect costs (costs for animation and LDS management). The project will be implemented through 8 calls for proposals for the selection of projects covered by the grant. Types of projects in accordance with the Rules for the selection of ESF+ grant projects. The LAG is responsible for selecting grantees and undertakes to provide the grantee with funding for no more than 2 applications under a given call (according to access criterion C.4). Grantees may be all entities except natural persons (it does not apply to persons conducting business or educational activity on the basis of separate regulations). In the case of grant projects implemented in the CLLD instrument, the grantee is not also a participant in the project. The condition for support in project type 1 is additionality, which means that ESF+ measures are additional to actions already implemented by clubs/entities (lack of financing of current activities). Information and promotion activities in accordance with the Communication Plan, including all information about recruitments, information meetings, trainings will be published on the website www.dlatorunia.pl and through social media and newsletter. The project will support a total of at least 400 disadvantaged people, including 380 pupils of schools and educational institutions providing general education and 20 pupils and students of schools and vocational education institutions. 24 people with special development and educational needs will receive support. As a result, in the project, 160 students will receive a qualification after leaving the program. The total value of the project is PLN 2,924,940.52, co-financing PLN 2,778,693.49.
