The main objective of the project is the educational activation of adults from the area of the Local Development Strategy for the Land of Gothic Local Action Group by supporting lifelong learning processes, in particular flexible upskilling and reskilling opportunities for all, taking into account entrepreneurial skills and digital competences, better anticipating changes and the need for new skills based on the needs of the labour market, facilitating career changes and supporting professional mobility, and the smooth implementation of LDS within the framework of management and animation costs in the period from 12.08.2024 to 30.06.2029. The project is in line with the Local Development Strategy for the Land of Gothic LAG area for the years 2023-2029 and contributes to the implementation of the LDS Objective No. 1.Strengthening the integration and competences of residents of the LDS area through the development of social services in the local environment and Project 1.4. Local Centers of Knowledge and Education of the Gothic Land. The project is addressed to 1000 adults living in the area covered by the LSR of the Gothic Land (750 women, 250 men). The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of output and result indicators consistent with the programme and those specific to the project: Number of adults covered by support in the field of basic skills or competences implemented outside the Development Services Database - 1000 Number of entities prepared to act as a local adult education center - 5 Number of local knowledge and education centers (LOWE) created - 5 Population covered by projects under the integrated territorial development strategy - 1000 Supported community-led local development strategies - 1 1.Selection of projects covered by the grant - creation of Local Knowledge and Education Centres that involve residents of the local community in the development of life, social and professional competences (carrying out the recruitment and payment of grants under the Undertaking in LSR 1.4. Local Knowledge and Education Centres of the Gothic Land , LDS Objective No 1 Strengthening the integration and competence of residents of the LDS area through the development of social services in the local environment). 2. Indirect costs. The project will be preceded by various information and promotion activities, which will present the assumptions of the project in a clear and concrete way, through, among others, a website that will contain a description of the project www.lgd.ziemiagotyku.com, social media, newsletter, information meetings, consulting, events (resulting from the Communication Plan). Information and publicity obligations, including informing the public about the funding of the project by the European Union, in accordance with the General Regulation (in particular Annex IX - Communication and Visibility) and Annex 3 to the Agreement. The total value of the project will be PLN 1 306 588.27, of which the co-financing amount will be PLN 1 241 258.85.
