The grant project is part of the assumptions of the Local Development Strategy of the Local Action Group "City of Świecki District" for 2021-2027. The aim of the grant project is to create 3 local centres of knowledge and education to support the idea of lifelong learning of 600 25+ people living in the secular district until December 2029. The products are: The number of entities prepared to act as a local adult education center - 3 pieces, the number of adults covered by support in the field of basic skills or competences, implemented outside the Development Services Base - 600 k and M. The result is the number of local knowledge and education centers (LOWE) created - 3 pieces. The type of project is the creation of Local Knowledge and Education Centres, which involve the inhabitants of the local community in the development of life, social and professional competences. The grantee may be a public or private entity that is a body running a primary or secondary school, regardless of the location or university in cities with up to 20 thousand inhabitants. Existing Local Knowledge and Education Centres cannot be supported. The creation and operation of LOWE is based on the LOWE Operating Model in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship for 2021-2027 implemented under CLLD. Only one grant may be awarded per school. The school for which the grant was awarded cannot be a partner in another LOWE created under CLLD. At least 80% of people activated in LOWE will be people under 60 years of age. Persons activated in LOWE will not include persons who participated or participate in classes organized in another LOWE created in the area covered by the grantor's LSR in the 2021-2027 financial perspective. The project assumes the implementation of two tasks: selection of projects covered by the grant and indirect costs. Information about the grant project is available at www.lgdswiecie.pl. The total value of the project is PLN 797,672.91, including PLN 757,789.26 from the ESF+ (up to 95%) and PLN 39,883.65 own contribution (min. 5%).
