The main objective of the project is the activation and social inclusion of seniors from the area covered by the Local Development Strategy for the City of Toruń for the 2021-2027 programming period and the smooth implementation of LDS as part of management and animation costs in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2029. The project is aimed at 329 people aged 60+ from the LDS area (229 women and 100 men). The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of output and result indicators consistent with the programme and those specific to the project: - Total number of people supported – 329 people; - Number of older people supported in senior clubs, care farms and Universities of the Third Age – 329; - Number of people whose social situation improved after leaving the programme – 99 - Number of supported senior clubs, care farms and Universities of the Third Age – 26 As part of the project, tasks are planned: 1. Selection of projects covered by the grant - creation of a senior club (carrying out recruitment and payment of grants under the Undertaking in LSR 1.1: Activation and social inclusion of seniors) and 2. Indirect costs (costs for animation and LDS management). The project will be preceded by various information and promotion activities, which will present the assumptions of the project in a clear and concrete way, through, among others, the website: www.dlatorunia.pl, social media, newsletter, information meetings, individual meetings, events (resulting from the Communication Plan). Information and publicity obligations, including information to the public on the funding of the project by the European Union, in accordance with the General Regulation (in particular Annex IX-Communication and Visibility) and Annex 3 to the Agreement. The total value of the project will be PLN 2,100,002.57, of which the co-financing amount will be PLN 1,995,002.44.
