The grant project is in line with the Local Development Strategy of the "City of Świecki District" Local Action Group for 2021-2027 and is in line with the assumptions of the European Funds for Kujawy and Pomerania Programme 2021-2017. The aim of the grant project is to create and support 51 projects for the integration of 452 seniors 60+ living in the secular district, allowing to protect this social group from isolation and social exclusion until December 2029. The products are: 452 elderly people supported in senior clubs, care farms and Universities of the Third Age and 452 supported women and men 60+. The result is 136 people whose social situation improved after leaving the program and 30 supported senior clubs, care farms or UTW. Types of projects: 1. Actions for the integration of seniors to protect this social group from isolation and social exclusion: a) creation and operation of senior clubs; b) activation classes conducted by universities of the third age; activation classes in care farms; d) in addition, within senior clubs and care farms: other actions aimed at supporting and integrating older people, taking into account the participation of the family and the whole environment in the creation of local integration and self-help networks, including: - organisation of events integrating the local environment into the problems of the elderly: e.g. neighbour's day, picnics and neighbour's eve; - intergenerational meetings, e.g. with schoolchildren or pre-school groups, aimed at exchanging experiences, mutual education and assistance; - meetings of volunteer clubs, the purpose of which is to help the elderly and self-help, including the organization of free time banks; - pro-ecological actions organized together with young people increasing the participation of young and old in shaping the living environment, aesthetics of the district, housing estate; - performances of theatre groups, song and dance ensembles from seniors' clubs in school/kindergarten or visits to preschool/kindergarten groups/cultural centres in seniors' club. Projects in project type 1.a) will be implemented in accordance with the Standard of senior clubs co-financed by the ESF+ under Measure 7.4 of the European Funds for Kujawy and Pomerania programme for 2021-2027. Support in project type 1.b) "activation activities conducted by universities of the third age" is a complementary action for the integration of seniors, allowing to protect this group from isolation and exclusion. The intention is not to create new Universities of the Third Age (UTW), or to ensure the continuation of existing ones, but to reach existing UTW with the offer of classes to small centers.
