Increasing the professional activity of PES clients - PLO for Toruń County (II)

The specific objective of the ESF+ is to improve access to employment and activation measures for all jobseekers, in particular young people, notably by implementing the Youth Guarantee, the long-term unemployed and disadvantaged groups in the labour market, as well as for inactive people, and by promoting self-employment and the social economy. The main objective of the project is to increase the employment of PUP clients in difficult situations on the labour market, including women, young people aged 18-29, people with disabilities, people over 50, the long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications and/or competences. The activities proposed in the project, i.e. trainings, internships, one-off funds for starting a business activity, reimbursement of the costs of equipping or retrofitting workstations, will be preceded by an analysis of the needs of the PUP client based on the IPD. All project participants will benefit from career guidance or job placement. According to the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, recruitment for the project will take place through various channels in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities between women and men, it will encourage the participation of women and men. Both women and men will be able to benefit from all forms of support and offers offered by PUP for PT as part of the project. The selection of offers by the client's advisor will be based on the analysis of predisposition, skills, qualifications and taking into account the family situation of the participant. PUP activities for PT will enable the selection of non-standard competitions for each participant regardless of gender. The activities of the project respond to the barriers diagnosed in the project. Employees of PLO for PT have knowledge in the application of the principle of equal treatment of K/M in employment, they are obliged to do so by the Act on employment promotion and labour market institutions. The choice of place and form of activation will be adapted to disability. Participation in the project will contribute to equal opportunities on the labour market, which is in line with the equal opportunities policy. Acting in accordance with the law, any interested party will be able to join the project in accordance with their needs, predispositions previously established in the IPD. Support will be tailored to the needs of unemployed people to enable them to enter or re-enter the labour market. No one will be discriminated against.
