Regional Training Fund II

The project consists in financing and disseminating development services from the Development Services Database (training, consulting, studies). The aim of the project is to strengthen the potential of entrepreneurs from the Kuj.-Pom. province and their employees, increase the competitiveness of companies in the region and improve the stability of employment on the local labour market. The project is aimed at: - employees in line with the expectations and diagnosed needs of companies/employers; - owners and managers of companies/employers supporting the process of changing a given company/employer, including transformation of the business profile or optimization of management processes. Both MSMEs (including cooperatives and social enterprises) as well as large enterprises or entities other than enterprises from the Kuj.-Pom. voivodship and their employees may participate in the project. The system will operate on the basis of a demand-side approach, i.e. it will guarantee that applicants will be able to make their own decisions regarding the selection of services from BUR. The co-financing of services will be provided in a voucher system and will, as a rule, amount to 70% of the value of the service. Support for micro-enterprises and support for development services with a preferred theme or leading to the acquisition of qualifications from ZRK was established at a higher level, i.e. 80% of the value of the service. In addition, the project provides for limits on the amount of co-financing per person and per type of company / entity, as well as per type of selected development service. The scope of the project will cover the entire Kuj.-Pom. province, divided into 5 subregions, i.e. Bydgoszcz-Toruna, Grudziądz, Inowrocław, Secular, Włocławek. The main support point will be run at the headquarters of TARR S.A. in Toruń. The partner will run its offices in Bydgoszcz and Włocławek. Before using the services, companies/entities interested in participating in the project will be covered by a diagnosis of development needs made by advisors. The operation of mobile support points is assumed. If necessary, advisors will provide consulting and advisory services with access to clients throughout the Kuj.-Pom province. It is assumed that as a result of the implementation of the project, at least 1205 enterprises/entities from the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship will be supported, including 5984 people working in these enterprises/entities, of which at least 3 845 employees as a result of participation in the development service will be qualified in accordance with Annex 2 to the Guidelines for monitoring the progress of material implementation of programmes for 2021-2027. Tasks: Information points with advice, Support for project participants. The project plans a number of information and promotion activities (as described later in the application) addressed both to potential participants in development services, as well as to companies providing training services, with particular emphasis on the promotion of development services aimed at the green economy, the circular economy or the digital transformation. Information about the project will be available on the website of the Leader (www.tarr.org.pl) and the Project Partner as well as on the website, which will be created as part of a dedicated web application.
