The project will be implemented in the period from 01.08.2024 to 28.02.2026 in the area of the City and Commune of Chodecz. The aim of the project is to support equal access to good quality pre-school education and childcare as well as adult education and learning - representatives of the technical staff of the Local Government Kindergarten in Chodcz. The project will equalize educational opportunities, increase the efficiency and quality of PLO conditions and ensure the development of staff competences and additional educational offer for PLO children. It is addressed to 40 children of preschool age (20K, 20M), 5 representatives of the PLO staff (5K). Support is provided to the Local Government Kindergarten in Chodcz. The above-mentioned persons are those who study, work or reside or have an organisational unit in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province (i.e. City and Municipality of Chodecz). The following tasks will be carried out: 1. Additional educational offer - classes on working days (type 2): - Small architects - classes developing construction skills and teamwork, - From Chodcza to the big world - classes developing key competences with particular emphasis on language competences, including those from a foreign language, 2. Additional educational offer – workshop activities (type 2): - I live, learn and develop here – activities that develop artistic skills, - Tastes of nature, 3. Additional specialist offer (Type 2): - I speak beautifully - classes developing the ability to communicate, - Efficient head - efficient foot - developmental support classes with elements of sensory integration. As part of the task, the employment of an assistant for a child with a disability is planned. 4. Improving the competences and qualifications of PLO staff (type 4) - support for PLO staff in the following areas: social skills training, sensory integration therapy and early developmental support for children. 5. Indirect costs. The above-mentioned support is provided on the basis of individually diagnosed needs of the PS in Chodcz - the PLO diagnosis was approved by the director of the facility, and the conclusions of the diagnosis are described in the field "Justification of the need to implement the project". Information and promotion activities are planned through its own website www.chodecz.pl and PS website www.przedszkole.chodecz.pl, where a description of the project will be published, and via social media. The project is in line with the Territorial Strategy of MOF Włocławek - marked as ZIT-WL-44 is on the list of basic projects, and the value of dofins. The PLO's diagnosis showed that the target group's demand for the implementation of the appendices and the specialist offer is higher than originally estimated. The value of the indicator "Number of children covered by additional activities in pre-school education" has been increased from 20 pers. to 40 pers. The project complies with Annex 2 to the Guidelines for the implementation of equality principles under the FU for 2021-27.
