The project assumes the implementation of a comprehensive and innovative educational program for primary schools, for which the governing body is the municipality of Nakło nad Notecią. All public schools from the commune are planned to participate in the project, these are: • Primary School No. 2 in Nakle • School-Pre-School Complex No. 3 in Nakle • School-Pre-School Complex No. 4 in Nakle • School-Pre-School Complex in Potulice • School-Pre-School Complex in Ślesin • School-Pre-School Complex in Paterk • School-Pre-School Complex in Performance. The project is a direct response to the diagnosed needs of schools in terms of supporting students with various educational needs, including: • pupils requiring support in closing educational gaps (inclusive education), • other pupils to improve their key competences. Support activities (inclusive education) include: didactic-compensatory, speech therapy, corrective-compensatory, sociotherapeutic, therapeutic, art therapy, classes developing graphomotor efficiency. However, as part of the classes increasing key competences, the following activities are planned: Mathematical classes with elements of computer science, creativity classes, English and German classes, classes developing communication in the mother tongue, classes within the Young Explorer's Club, didactic and equalizing classes, classes developing civic and cultural competences, history classes. In addition, the project includes classes on media education, digital hygiene, pro-health, peer violence, climate knowledge and transversal competences. The project also assumes supporting the educational staff of schools through the implementation of training activities - raising teachers' competences in the field of shaping social skills, applying methods conducive to the development of key competences in students and in the field of increasing teachers' digital competences in the use of ICT tools. A complementary action in this project will be to equip schools with ICT equipment, the necessary equipment for equipping classrooms and other small equipment for classes, which will support educational processes, as well as the renovation and adaptation of rooms and spaces. The project is a partnership action – JST and NGO – using the best experience in the implementation of education both from the local government and an organisation working for the education of children and young people. The project complements and supports the activities of schools. The project will respect social, economic and environmental factors. It will be responsible for its own environment and will provide information on the extent to which the project will affect the environment. This project will complement the activities carried out by the schools and the scale of activities carried out before the start of the project will not be reduced. The project partner was selected in accordance with Art. 2 of the Act of 28 April 2022 on the rules for the implementation of tasks financed from European funds in the 2021-2027 financial perspective. The project was developed on the basis of diagnoses of individual schools developed by the heads of institutions on 1 July this year. The conclusions of the diagnosis are: • the need to systematically increase students' key competences through the organisation of additional classes, • the need to extend the offer of support classes for students requiring additional support through the organisation of additional classes, • increasing n-li competences through the organisation of training courses, • equipping schools with the equipment necessary for the implementation of additional classes for students, including the adaptation of rooms. All activities in the project are in line with the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights of 26.10.2012, the project is in line with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities of 13.12.2006.
