There are 6 primary schools in the municipality of Dobrcz in Borówno, Dobrcz, Kotomierz, Kozielec Strzelce Górne (for the purposes of the SG project), Wudzyn attended by 1029 pupils (479K/550M) SIO data as at 30.09.2023) and in 2022 (SIO data) there were 1060. A total of 164 teachers work in schools, data 30.09.2023 SIO and in 2022 there were 183 teachers, including 164K/19M, which means that there are 10.38 male teachers in institutions. The need for the implementation of the project results from the diagnosis carried out in primary schools. Following diagnoses carried out in schools and approved by the directors on 4.12.2023, a decision was taken to implement the project: We can do more when we experiment with courage, which is a response to poor exam results, two schools have implemented corrective programs as part of supervision, the others have average results, but there are problems with improving them. The reasons for these classes are focused on the programmatic basis, they do not introduce a holistic approach, i.e. combining mathematics with IT or mathematics with the Polish language. Another group of difficulties is the English language, where we propose circles, theatre classes or other forms of communing with a living language (spectacle) and the contemporary problems of children resulting from addictions, lack of motivation to learn, lack of interesting novelties in schools (equipment for classes, teaching aids), this decision on the need for education has 78 (SIO data) In relation to the previous year , where 1060 students attended schools, there were 67 decisions. It can therefore be seen that the number of judgments is increasing . This also applies to opinions that are issued due to various types of deficits. However, the main problem are children who have not been diagnosed in the PP Clinic and who have a speech defect, speech therapy classes will be organized for them. In addition, classes in emotional and social competences are a challenge to which the COVI-19 epidemic and the isolation of children have largely contributed. Despite its convenient location close to Bydgoszcz, the Dobrcz commune does not offer additional free classes in English or mathematics, which is why interest groups will allow children not only with deficits but also average and very good ones to participate in them. This will allow the development of the younger generation. The offer of classes in the project is structured in such a way that every child will find something for themselves. In schools, the problem is to provide modern equipment for experiments, learning, which is why modern equipment and teaching aids will be purchased.
