The main objective of the project is to equalize educational opportunities by increasing the quality and efficiency of general education and by increasing accessibility and social inclusion, as well as support for representatives of staff, schools and institutions contributing to the improvement of the quality of general education. The project entitled ‘Extra-curricular activities for pupils and improving the availability and quality of educational conditions in primary schools’ is addressed to 1500 pupils and 200 teachers from 12 educational institutions in the city of Inowrocław. The project is part of the specific objective, under FEdKP 2021-2027 4(f), to support equal access to and completion of quality, inclusive education and training, in particular for disadvantaged groups, from early childhood education and care, through general and vocational education and training, to tertiary education and training, to tertiary education and training, as well as adult education and learning, including facilitating learning mobility for all and accessibility for persons with disabilities. The comprehensive nature of the project assumes the use of the following substantive tasks: 1. Classes supporting students in the field of classes developing skills, improving key, socio-emotional and general movement competences. 2. Language classes improving the quality and efficiency of general education. 3. Individual and specialized classes for pupils 4. Support for staff representatives to improve the quality of general education 5. Inclusive education in schools contributing to the efficiency and quality of general education. Actions such as: recruitment and indirect actions resulting from the operation of the project. As part of the recruitment process, information and promotion activities will be carried out, such as: information about the project on the website www.inowrocław.pl, as well as on 12 primary school websites. In addition, it is planned to hang posters on the premises of the outlets (120 pcs. - 12 outlets x 10 posters) and dissemination of information via slippers and in the social media. A description of the project will be posted on the schools' websites as well as on the above-mentioned website. Through the implementation of substantive tasks and necessary purchases and investments that are necessary in selected areas of classes in the project, the following indicators are expected to be achieved: Output indicators: 1. L. children or pupils with special developmental and educational needs who have been covered by the services of an assistant - 10 UP, 2. L. children/pupils with special developmental and educational needs, supported - 80 UP, 3. L. publicly accessible schools and educational institutions supported in the field of inclusive education - 12 pcs., 4. L. representatives of the staff of schools and educational system institutions supported - 220 UP, 5. L. schools and educational institutions supported - 12 pcs., 6. Number of pupils of schools and educational institutions providing general education supported - 1500 UP. Result indicators: 1. L. representatives of school and educational system staff who obtained qualifications after leaving the program - 100 UP, 2. L. students who acquired qualifications after leaving the program - 700 UP. All classes have been tailored to the needs resulting from the diagnosis of individual educational institutions. All activities will be carried out in accordance with the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, equality between women and men, the principle of sustainable development, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and non-contradiction with the requirements of the CFR. The project will be implemented in accordance with the accessibility standards annexed to the Guidelines for the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027.
