The project is addressed to two public primary schools located in the Kijewo Królewskie Commune, they are schools from rural areas, which translates into lower quality educational opportunities. The project is a response to the urgent need to improve the quality of education in two public primary schools in the rural area of the Kijewo Królewskie Commune. This area is characterized by limited access to modern technologies and insufficient opportunities for general education. The project will be aimed at raising the standards of general education and access to quality and inclusive education by improving the competences and qualifications of teachers in order to provide properly educated staff, as well as introducing design classes enabling a modern approach to teaching, the use of new technologies and the development of key competences and universal skills necessary on the labour market. The project is addressed to both students attending the indicated schools and teaching staff. The implementation of the project assumes the achievement of a group of products and results defined as: - Number of pupils of schools and educational establishments providing general education supported -Number of representatives of school staff and educational establishments supported -Number of schools and educational establishments supported -Number of pupils participating in vocational counselling -Number of representatives of school staff and educational establishments qualified after leaving the programme -Number of pupils qualified after leaving the programme -Number of persons with disabilities supported During the implementation of the project, activities related to the achievement of the project objectives will be carried out. The following will be implemented: - vocational counselling classes aimed at helping students discover their own predispositions - therapeutic classes aimed at helping children with disorders - implementation of additional didactic-compensatory classes allowing to eliminate differences and equalize didactic opportunities between students implementation of classes based on the experimental method in order to promote learning by experiencing students supporting theoretical knowledge with practical experiences and experiments - development of key competences and universal skills in improving English language, introducing and developing coding and programming skills - implementation of classes in the use of modern technologies, students will gain skills related to the use of coding devices, robotics or drone operation - extracurricular activities carried out as part of trips to promote active learning on the ground - classes promoting a healthy lifestyle in order to shape healthy habits and increase health awareness in students - implementation of a number of courses and training in order to expand the competences of teachers' staff - purchase of necessary infrastructure and equipping employees to ensure the smooth course of planned classes. Recruitment of teachers will be carried out by school directors in cooperation with the Municipal Office in Royal Kiev.
