The qualifications acquired by students will contribute to the growth of their social activity and their own development. The main tasks of the project are: 1) improving students' language competences in the field of English and improving the skills of using modern technologies, increasing digital competences among young people; 2) introducing inclusive education for children with special needs, including the organisation of sports and extracurricular activities for all pupils; 3) staff support to increase digital competences, skills to provide pupils with pedagogical and psychological support, preparation to work with pupils with special educational needs and to work with a capable pupil; 4) purchase of equipment and adaptation of premises for the implementation of the above-mentioned activities. Information activities about the project are planned: on the website of the municipality (https://lubanie.com), on the website of the school (https://splubanie.szkolna.net), on the website of the WŁOF Association - Integrated Territorial Investments of the Włocławek Municipal Functional Area (http://wlof.włocławek.eu), in the local press (with district coverage), in municipal newsletters, on social media. Information posters will also be printed. The project is linked to activities conceived in the same area by other municipalities in the framework of the WŁOF Association partnership. It is an integrated project - included in the strategy in a group of projects in the field of general education ESF+. The joint effect will be to increase the efficiency and quality of general education at the Włocławek MOF and increase the level of social development. In addition, the joint effect will also equalize the educational opportunities of residents in the Włocławek MOF. The beneficiary declares that all products that have not been declared neutral, in accordance with Annex 2 to the Guidelines for the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027, will be available. Access barriers for students with disabilities have not been diagnosed, they will be able to benefit from support on an equal basis with others. The training topics envisaged by the project for teachers will include developing awareness of the needs of people with different disabilities. There are no gender-based barriers to access. Women and men will be able to benefit from support on an equal basis with others. However, in order to counteract possible stereotyping in education, the programme of workshops for teachers and career counselling for students will include topics aimed at counteracting the gender perception of a student's potential. No barriers were diagnosed due to traffic exclusion - students use the school bus, delivery hours can be adjusted to additional classes.
