The aim of the project is to provide high-quality vocational education at the MOF Włocławek, by raising the level of qualifications and competences of 1,850 students (732K) and 108 teachers (36K) and equipping school workshops/workshops in 11 educational institutions to better meet the challenges of the green and digital transitions and meet the needs of the labour market. In particular for disadvantaged groups and facilitating learning mobility for all and accessibility for persons with disabilities.The project will be implemented in the period 01.06.2024-30.09.2026r.The proposed scope of support is a response to the identified and diagnosed individual needs of 6 teams of vocational schools: Building Schools Complex, Technical Schools Complex, Economic Schools Complex, Automotive Schools Complex, Electric Schools Complex, Chemical Schools Complex, 1 educational institution - Vocational and Continuing Education Centre and their students and teachers. Planned actions and support methods: 1.Professional courses culminating in qualifications/qualifications for students and specialist classes in professional subjects. 2.Development of vocational training in cooperation with the business environment, including additional support for raising, acquiring and supplementing knowledge and skills, as well as professional qualifications increasing their chances on the labour market. 3.Additional classes for students with soft skills: Mathematical competences, foreign languages and other necessary competences, including universal skills necessary for the labour market. Social competences and those related to the green or digital transition; improving competences or acquiring qualifications related to the profession. 4.Improvement of competences/qualifications of vocational education teachers, in the fields of vocational education. Highly qualified teaching staff play an extremely important role in the implementation of support for teachers of vocational education aimed at improving competences or qualifications related to the subject taught or acquiring new additional qualifications needed to teach in this profession at the MOF Włocławek. 5.Improve students' practical competences through participation in high-quality apprenticeships for vocational education students in cooperation with employers. 6.Improvement of the quality of education conditions through retrofitting/equipment of professional workshops. The state of preparation of schools for apprenticeships, the equipment of the workshops is very diverse in individual schools and most often require retrofitting, which is why it is planned in the project to create conditions in schools providing vocational training reflecting the natural working conditions appropriate to the professions taught, including the equipment of workshops for vocational education professions. 7.Provide career counselling in schools, define your own Individual Action Plan. The project also implements the need for specialized career counseling services dedicated to vocational school students in order to choose and plan an individual career path, with a special focus on young people benefiting from various types of social benefits. Results: •1850 students will take part in courses giving qualifications or competences •1850 u.will take part in professional counseling •925 u.will increase their competences related to the contemporary challenges of education. •10 outlets will be equipped with equipment and materials of the directors. •108 N will take part in vocational courses/trainings/studies •480 u. will improve its competences through the implementation of student internships •1665 u.and 100 teachers will obtain qualifications/competences Promotional activities will be carried out in accordance with the Guidelines on information and promotion of European Funds for 2021-2027.Information about the project and receiving support will be posted on the websites and social media of the Leader and Partner-www.włocławek.eu; www.syntea.pl
