The main objective of the project is to support at least 1 450 people from the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship in terms of basic skills or competences. As a result, at least half of the project participants will gain new qualifications or competences. The project is addressed to residents of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship over the age of 18, who apply to participate in the project on their own initiative and have low skills or basic competences. At least 60% of people with low skills or basic competences participating in the project will come from marginalised areas. At least 50% of people with low skills or basic competences participating in the project will be working over the age of 50. At least 50% of people with low skills or basic competences participating in the project will participate in the support of digital competences. The project will also support staff involved in the implementation of skills improvement pathways in the project. Information and promotion activities will be tailored to the target group, intensified in marginalised areas. Equality principles will be taken into account throughout the project. The process of recruitment and implementation of support will not restrict access for persons with disabilities. The website, where information about the project and recruitment documents will be published, will be adapted to WCAG 2.1 standards so that people with different types of disabilities can obtain information about recruitment. Information about the project will also be sent to organizations associating persons with disabilities operating on the project area. Training materials will be available in an accessible form (e.g. electronic with the possibility of enlarging the print or reversing the contrast). Information and recruitment materials will include a description of the availability of the project office. Project announcements will be made through a variety of information channels to also reach people with disabilities.
