The support in question is individual (addressed to a specific UP and is tailored to individual needs) and is preceded by the development of an individual reintegration path (IR) with the participation of social work and by a professional advisor who will develop the scope of professional support. Support is characterized by comprehensiveness, which consists of active inclusion instruments of a social and professional nature. As part of social activation, the aim of which is to restore or strengthen social competences, resourcefulness, independence and social activity, each UP will receive support in the form of training in social skills and competences, home budget workshops, support groups, psychological/family and/or legal counselling. As part of professional activation, which aims to help you make a decision about choosing or changing professions, equipping you with the professional competences and qualifications and skills desired on the labour market through the support of a career counsellor and tools such as vocational courses and training, traineeships and job placements.
