The aim of the project is to strengthen the development of the potential of the social economy sector in subregion 4 (counties of Inowrocław, Mogilno, Radejów, Włocławek, Znin, Włocławek) in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2026 by creating and developing social economy entities (PES) and social enterprises (PS) and strengthening their innovation and development potential, including creating opportunities to increase employment in these entities. The project is addressed to natural persons wishing to set up an activity in the social economy sector, entities referred to in Article 4(2) point. 2 and 3 of the Act on social cooperatives, social economy entities, employees and volunteers of social economy entities (also applies to members of these entities). The project assumes the creation of 82 jobs in social enterprises, assumes that after leaving the program: 7 will be job-seekers, 82 will be qualified, 108 will be employed, including self-employed. We assume support for: 111 social economy entities, 165 people not employed. Activities are carried out in the field of animation and incubation of new PES and economization of existing PES. Activities focus, among others, on financial and training-advisory support for people planning to set up and develop activities in the social economy sector, promoting PES (including social enterprises - PS) as equal partners for the private and public sectors, creating or co-financing regional joint ventures in the above scope. Activities in accordance with the assumptions of KPRES and the Act of 5 August 2022 on the social economy. The project includes three tasks: 1. Creating new entities of the social economy and supporting the process of their development and economicization; 2. Creation of new jobs in social enterprises and financing of development services for FVCs; 3. Implementation of individual reintegration plans for employees of social enterprises at risk of social exclusion. Information activities concerning the implemented project are published on the website https://kpces.pl/ (meets the accessibility criteria for persons with disabilities) and on the social networks of the Applicant. Information on the project offer will also be sent to public entities (cooperation with, among others, JST, PUP, PCPR, MOPS/GOPS, OHP, Agricultural Advisory Centres, Social Employment Entities (ZAZ, KIS, CIS, WTZ), NGOs and the business sector. OWES cooperates with the territorially competent ROPS in the promotion and development of ES in the region undertaken both within the framework of the project.OWES and the coordination tasks of ROPS. This cooperation shall include in particular: participation in ES development coordination activities undertaken by ROPS; cooperation in developing ES development directions in the region; c) cooperation in promotional, information and educational activities carried out by ROPS; d) active participation in activities supporting PES, aimed at increasing the level of PES application for contracts, in particular in the modes specified in the Act on public benefit activities and volunteering, the Act on public procurement law, the Act on ES and the Act on social cooperatives; e) cooperation with ROPS and other OWES from the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region on the cohesiveness of activities strengthening the ES sector in the region.
