The project assumes support for people in crisis situations, in particular those experiencing domestic violence through the implementation of crisis intervention services in 2025-2027 for 110 people. The project assumes increasing social capital among residents by animating and organizing the local community in okr. 2025-2027 in 26 villages in the municipality of Inowrocław. As part of the project, staff will be employed, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 19.07.2019 on the implementation of social services by CUS. In accordance with Article 9(1), employees employed at OPS in Inow. before the conversion into CUS will be subject to a period of 2 years from the conversion of the rules of the collective agreement. An important element of the transformation of GOPS into CUS is the provision of an appropriate premises base. The CUS headquarters will be located in the city of Inowrocław. Due to the obwarzanowy character of the municipality, the location will be the most convenient for all residents of the Inowrocław Commune. The CUS aims to provide decent conditions for people benefiting from social assistance, experiencing domestic violence and struggling with various problems.
