In order to meet the diagnosed problematic situation concerning not enough scale of support provided for people's needs. support in everyday functioning, which inhabit the diagnosed areas from the Kuj-Pom Voivodeship. Social analyses were carried out in the area covered by the project. The most common reasons for using social assistance so far are: poverty, unemployment, long-term or severe illness and disability. It has also been observed that over the years the number of people benefiting from community support has increased, and there is an increasing trend in the number of people over 60 living in supported areas. In the light of the above, a project is planned to develop the care services provided in the day-care centre in Kuj.-Pom. by creating and operating 13 new DDPs and ensuring the functioning of 20 existing DDPs. The project will have an impact of regional significance, as it will cover nearly 20% of municipalities from the entire area of the War. Kuj-Pom and DDP will be located in all three ‘old voivodships’ of its composition, i.e. Bydgoszcz, Toruń and Włocławek. The project is aimed at people who need support in everyday functioning (including due to age, health condition, disability). The aim of the project will be to increase the number of people covered by services provided in the local community in the programme, the number of people covered by services provided in the local community in the programme, the number of people providing services in the local community thanks to the support in the programme, the number of places for providing services in the local community created, the number of entities that have expanded the support offer or improved the quality of services offered. The main tasks that will be carried out as part of the project: 20DDP will continue to operate, providing care and specialised services in day-care centres. Care will be provided during the operating hours of the facilities, food and transport, therapeutic, individual and group rehabilitation activities, the charges will have the opportunity to use a wide range of cultural events, integration meetings, etc. Before the period of providing services in the remaining 13DDP, adaptation works of rooms used for the implementation of design assumptions were planned - these tasks will include renovations and equipment of facilities. In addition, care services will be provided at the place of residence, in the care homes. Support in the form of training is provided for their surroundings. In addition, it is planned to organise a kick-off conference for the project and an event for the opening of the project for local residents, representatives of the European Commission and the Managing Authority will be invited at least 4 weeks in advance. Crit.A.8 is fulfilled because the annual turnover of the lead partner initiating the partnership is higher than 25% of the average annual expenditure in the project. In 2022, ROZR sp. z o.o. had net sales revenue of PLN 21 365 429.92. The total expenditure of this project amounts to PLN 121 462 474.31 / 36 months x 12 months gives PLN 40 487 491.44 per year. 25% of this amount is PLN 10 121 872.86. Criterion A.8 is fulfilled as the turnover of the SDS for 2022 is significantly higher. The project does not create new or support existing care facilities in institutional care facilities.
