As part of the project, an integrated system of activities supporting long-term care staff (ODT) and employees will be created in the Kuj.-Pom. province through school activities, raising competences and allowing the acquisition of qualifications, as well as the dissemination of support professions. As part of the real project, the following tasks will be carried out: Zad.1. Dissemination activities, Zad. 2. Training activities for human resources, Zad. 3. Training activities for people interested in aid professions, Zad. 4. Regional Centre for Long-Term Care Support, Zad. 5. The "Conscious Caregiver" platform and training and advisory activities. Project activities will focus on the dissemination of aid professions in ITDs, including: a profile on FB will be created, methodological spots will be organized for school pupils from the Kuj.-Pom. region, in the first year of the project, 23 spots will also be organized for representatives of org.i and op. institutions, aimed at presenting the project's assumptions. In addition, the above-mentioned assistance in ODT will be promoted at conferences/work fairs and other events related to ODT, as well as in local media. In addition, the Regional Aid Competition Galas will be organized, in the framework of which the prize will be awarded to people associated with ODT from the area of the Kuj.- pom. province and the competition will be settled. “Not only care”. All sections are aimed at promoting the above mentioned areas, raising their prestige and improving their image. The school department will enable the ODT staff to broaden their knowledge and competences and to obtain support in the duties performed so far, and people not related to the above-mentioned area.
