Within the framework of the project "Trampoline 4 - stage I" in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship (hereinafter: WKP) will create an integrated system of actions to support children and young people who, on the basis of a final court decision, are under the care, guardianship or supervision resulting from the restriction of parental authority and who have been subjected to measures to prevent the demoralisation of minors and the commission of criminal acts by them. The project will aim to improve access to support services for children and young people who have problems with proper functioning in society. This will enable minors to function better and in accordance with standards in the future. The planned actions will contribute to increasing equal and timely access to quality, sustainable and affordable services. In addition, the project will aim to increase the activity of children and young people with social difficulties by increasing equal and rapid access to quality, sustainable and affordable services, including services for disadvantaged children and young people and their families. The comprehensive actions undertaken will lead to the strengthening of children and young people in need of support. These tasks will focus on increasing access to social services, e.g.: therapeutic classes, specialist consultations, psychological and psychiatric counselling, classes enabling the development of social and cognitive competences, classes strengthening family ties, independent activities, activities in the field of professional activation, including courses and training, activities in the field of activity and integration in the local environment. Access to social services for children and young people will also be improved through staff support. The competences of curators, educators in the field of youth and family work, for example in the area of mediation, will be improved. In addition, the planned support will also cover families of project participants who, due to their dysfunctions, have difficulties in exercising parental responsibility. The implemented project also aims to prevent the placement of minors in closed institutions, which is part of the idea of DI. The project will support families by raising parental competences, and then protecting them from limiting or losing parental responsibility and placing children in foster care through all kinds of counselling. In addition, project activities will be targeted at children and young people in need of support and implemented in the form of, among others, support for the process of emancipation and activation with the local environment. These action groups are recommended in the RPDI for the 2023-2024 JPC. As part of the project, it is planned to create Youth Centres as places of concentration of children and young people in the environment, including a place for providing specialist consultations, counselling, animation, compensation and educational activities (minimum 10 places in the JPC area).
