Equalization of educational opportunities for primary school students in the Rogowo Commune

The aim of the project is to equalize educational opportunities for primary school students from the Rogowo commune by increasing the quality and effectiveness of education. The project is addressed to pupils and teachers of 4 primary schools from the area of the municipality of Rogowo. The project will support 4 primary schools from the municipality of Rogowo, 100 students and 20 teachers. The project will implement the following output indicators: - Number of children/pupils with special development and educational needs supported - 90 persons - Number of pupils of schools and educational establishments providing general education supported - 100 persons - Number of publicly accessible schools and educational establishments supported in the field of inclusive education - 4 entities - Number of representatives of the staff of schools and educational establishments supported - 20 persons - Number of schools and educational establishments supported - 4 entities The project will implement the following result indicators: - Number of representatives of school and educational system staff who obtained qualifications after leaving the programme - 16 persons - Number of students who acquired qualifications after leaving the programme - 90 persons Activity 1) Support for students Activity 2) Support for teachers Activity 3) Organization of educational trips for students Activity 4) Purchase of equipment for schools Activity 5) Indirect costs Information about the project (description), recruitment and implemented activities will be posted on the Beneficiary's website http://www.rogowo.pl/ and social profile Facebook. In addition, in each of the 4 schools participating in the project, an information meeting will be organized, during which the rules of recruitment to the project will be presented, planned forms of support for students and teachers. Information posters will also be placed in schools, marked with appropriate logos of funding sources. No barriers to participation in the project were identified. The implementation of the project will be in accordance with the "Accessibility Standards for Cohesion Policy 2021-2027", including the following standards: - architectural - the buildings in which the design classes/trainings will take place are equipped with ramps for the disabled; digital - the website complies with the WCAG 2.1 standard, all created documents will be available, i.e. in accordance with the above-mentioned standards (including left-aligned text, sans serif fonts); - information about the project - information materials about the project (e.g. posters), recruitment documents will be prepared in an accessible way and will be made available (in addition to the paper version) also in an electronic version; at least two communication channels will be provided between the beneficiary and the project participant (telephone, e-mail, face-to-face/online meetings). Equality barriers between women and men in supported schools have not been identified. Nevertheless, actions are planned to ensure that the principle of equality between women and men is respected, so that there are no equality barriers at any stage of the project implementation: formulating non-stereotypical information, materials and activities; recruitment for the project will be carried out through different channels, respecting the principle of equality between women and men; n-li training will reconcile the professional and private life of project participants; Equality topics will be included in classes/trainings/courses. The breakdown into K and M in the proposal reflects the share of K and M among pupils in schools and the current staffing structure of teachers. The planned support will not duplicate actions implemented at national level (both from ESF+ and national sources), in particular in the area of teacher competence development.
