The aim of the project is to inform the widest possible group of recipients, mainly potential beneficiaries, about the possibilities of co-financing various types of projects in the context of planned calls for applications for project co-financing and the inhabitants of the voivodship about the effects of project implementation in the region and the benefits resulting from them. It is planned, among others, to organize information meetings on the announced calls, organize trainings for potential beneficiaries on the announced calls for applications for co-financing in the areas of support in the European Funds for Kujawy and Pomerania resulting from the regional program (hereinafter referred to as the FEdKP) and on the principles of equality and non-discrimination in projects, information and promotional obligations. The training will also be aimed at project beneficiaries and will focus on topics related to the implementation of projects, including problematic issues at the implementation stage. It is also envisaged to organise training for the staff of the FE implementation system on information and communication and issues related to marketing and advertising. The participation of potential beneficiaries in regional study visits to beneficiaries who have already benefited from European Funds (hereinafter FE), European lessons for young people and 1 foreign visit for 30 potential beneficiaries in one EU are planned. It is planned to carry out a wide-ranging information and promotion activity, including the implementation of a recruitment and information campaign on the possibilities of support from the FEdKP, including highlighting 20 years of Poland's membership in the EU and the benefits thereof. It will also finance the production of TV spots on the FEdKP and the effects of the programme's implementation so far and their broadcasting on regional television. The ferry activities will also take place on local and regional radio and press and on the internet. The organisation is planned: 6 outdoor events (European picnics) ferry. effects of FE implementation in the region, cycling rally along the FE route, Open Days of European Funds and celebrations of the 20th anniversary of Poland in the European Union. In addition, it is planned to finance the development, publication and distribution of a paper and electronic brochure under the working title "Together for the region", which is to be published on the effects of the implementation of the FE in the region - min. 16. In addition, competitions are planned: photography for residents, journalists from regional and local media, advertising spots for "European Funds in the frame" and videos for young people. Conferences will also be organised, including press conferences on signing agreements with beneficiaries. It will also finance the purchase of promotional materials that will be used to carry out tasks, i.e. information meetings for beneficiaries, potential beneficiaries, stands at Job Fairs, conferences organized by partners / Labour Market Institutions, e.g. PIP, OHP., universities of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, outdoor events, competitions. Promotional materials will be made of environmentally friendly or recycled raw materials. It is also planned to purchase: 2 advertising walls, 11 roll-ups and 2 tents. The above activities will be tailored to the recipient and his/her level of knowledge of FE-related issues. The basic information channel will be the website http://funduszeue.kujawsko-pomorskie.pl/ run by the MA FEdKP together with two IBs (the Provincial Labour Office in Toruń and the City of Bydgoszcz). The portal provides information on the most important programming documents of the FEdKP, e.g. SZOOP, ministerial guidelines, information on calls for proposals, Communication Strategy of European Funds for Kujawy and Pomerania 2021-2027. The following will be responsible for the implementation of the project at the MA FEdKP: The Promotion Department, the Provincial Labour Office in Toruń and the City of Bydgoszcz, which have the relevant knowledge, experience and human resources potential. The applicant shall have the original declarations of the project developers.
