The aim of the project is to improve the quality of life of residents by facilitating access to modern, advanced electronic services, enabling access to the most important inf. directly from the smartphone position, combined in a single application. An important element of the implemented development will be the acceleration of the exchange of information between the resident and the office, thanks to modules on the activities of the municipality, which will improve communication between residents and local government. Thanks to the application, residents will have quick and easy access to key infrastructure and services, which will allow for more effective management of everyday matters and participation in decision-making processes concerning the municipality. The long-term effect of the implementation of the application will be to increase the level of residents' satisfaction with the services of the municipality, better cooperation within the local community and sustainable development of the municipality through more efficient management of resources and investments based on data on residents' needs. W-ca plans to implement modules such as: 1.Applications-service is to enable reporting on the Internet portal and mobile application matters related to public space that need repair (system for mapping problems in public space) such as damage on the road, acts of vandalism, etc. A location, description and photo can be included in the application; 2.The service-advertisement allows you to send an inf. on the current function of the municipality along with a push notification; 3.When waste-after registering and providing the address of the property, the application will send personalized "push" notifications about the export of waste; 4.Social Consultations - access to short surveys and opinions, which will be saved in the above-mentioned system of the office, then a report will be generated available to everyone; 5.Taxes and Service Fees require authentication of the recipient using the National Identity Node (login.gov.pl). After authentication, the service allows you to view and settle individual liabilities (dimension, installments, interest, technical data, payment histories, etc.) of the taxpayer by redirecting to the online payment operator; 6.More+calendar-it will be possible to connect external links that will direct the user directly to the selected page. Calendar - the service allows you to preview in one place all inf. from the mobile application, which refer to specific dates. Thanks to the service, the resident has the opportunity to get acquainted in one place with the date of waste removal, the start of public consultations or the nearest events taking place in the municipality. The professional services provided by the Municipality will also affect the uniform exchange of information in the MOF GW space. In order to reliably prepare for the implementation and maintenance of the application and its specific modules, training of employees assigned to their service will be carried out. Therefore, the Municipality of Lubiszyn has also planned the purchase of computer equipment together with peripheral devices, i.e. All-in-one computers: for officials to support the mMiskaniec application. Hardware replacement is necessary due to the end of support for Windows 10 after October 14, 2025. Currently owned devices do not have the ability to run Windows 11 due to the unsupported process generation. It is therefore necessary to purchase new devices to ensure safe operation and reduce the risk of a cyber-attack. Another implemented solution facilitating access to inf. residents of the commune and MOF GW is the Virtual Walk, which will present a spherical panorama over the villages with descriptions of the towns and their history. Terrestrial panoramas will present more important places, architectural monuments, investments with descriptions and video shots. On selected panoramas, interactive hotspots will be placed in the form of photo galleries or short videos, presenting investments made, events organized by the Municipality, or everyday life. The virtual walk will also allow you to view live from the camera of the surroundings and Lake Marwicko.
