The material scope of the project includes thermal modernization of the Skwierzyński House of Culture building. The project will carry out the following tasks: 1. Development of design documentation. 2. Thermomodernization of the Skwierzyński House of Culture building. 3. Investor supervision. 4. Promotion of the project. The implementation of the investment will achieve the effect of improving the energy efficiency of the Skwierzyński Cultural Centre building and eliminating energy losses. Thermomodernization of the building will also allow to achieve the right value of the heat demand index for heating in the standard heating season. The implementation of this project will make it possible to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (especially carbon dioxide) by reducing thermal losses in the building. There will also be a reduction in final energy consumption by reducing the amount of energy used for the heating processes of the building. As part of the project, it is planned to carry out a task related to the promotion of the project, which will include: - placing an information and memorial board (1 pc.), - placing information on the Municipality's website, - placing a description of the project on social media, - marking the European Funds, the colours of the Republic of Poland and the European Union with all information and promotion activities related to the project, documents related to the implementation of the project made public, documents and materials intended for project participants. The project is ready for implementation. Works related to the development of design documentation were carried out. For thermomodernization works, construction works were submitted: 1. Notification of construction works of 27 August 2024 - thermomodernisation of the Skwierzyński Centre for Culture building. 2. Notification of construction works of 27 August 2024 – construction of a gas installation to supply the building of the Skwierzyński Cultural Centre. The following were also obtained: 1. Permit of the Lubuskie Provincial Conservator of Monuments to carry out construction works on the monument (Decision No ZN.G.5152.27.2024(Skw) of 28 August 2024) - thermomodernisation of the Skwierzyński Cultural Centre building. 2. Permit of the Lubuskie Provincial Conservator of Monuments to carry out construction works on the monument (Decision No ZN.G.5152.25.2024(Skw) of 22 August 2024) – construction of a gas installation to supply the building of the Skwierzyński Cultural Centre.
