"Energy modernisation of Primary School No 2 in Zielona Góra"

The project provides for energy modernization (thermomodernization) of the educational building - Primary School No. 2 in Zielona Góra. The project defines the following categories/tasks: 1. Construction work, 2. Investor supervision, 3. Promotion of the project. 4. Preparatory work, 5. Expenditure for the implementation of the project under indirect costs Construction work: The applicant shall have the project documentation for the task in question and all the required conditions, arrangements, permits and administrative decisions issued during the preparatory work of the investment process. In the energy audit, all technically acceptable and reasonably justified possibilities for improvement in terms of reducing energy demand were analysed. An assessment of cost-effectiveness and selection of the optimal option for improvement were carried out. This option includes improving the thermal insulation of the object by: - insulation of the wall on the ground with styrofoam of 14 cm thickness and with a sympathy of λmax = 0,038 W/mK, - insulation of the external walls with styrofoam of 18 cm thickness and with a sympathy of λmax = 0,040 W/mK, - insulation of the roof ventilated with mineral wool slabs of 22 cm thickness and with a sympathy of λmax = 0,042 W/mK, - improvement of the thermal insulation of the object by insulating the roof not ventilated with mineral wool slabs of 22 cm thickness and with a sympathy of λmax = 0,042 W/mK, - replacement of the door joinery with a new one with a heat transfer coefficient of U = 1,30 W/m2K, - modern. heating-deinstallation of the old and assembly of the new c.o. installation with the necessary accompanying works, tests and regulations, replacement of pipes, pipelines and radiators with new ones, which will be additionally equipped with thermostat heads. and installation of heat and electricity meters with data archiving, with the possibility of remote reading, - in order to reduce the consumption of conventional electricity sources. an installation using RES will be made. The applied solution provides for the installation of a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 40,00 kW, - modernization of built-in lighting. In addition, during thermomodern works, it is necessary to perform accompanying works related to thermomodern works. These works are necessary for the proper performance of the thermomodern. and the proper functioning of the building. These include: - disassembly and reconstruction of sheet metal processing and gutters and drain pipes, - disassembly and reassembly of elements mounted on the facade, - disassembly and reconstruction of lightning protection system. Investor supervision: The main duties of the supervising inspector will include: representing the applicant at the construction site, exercising control over the compliance of the construction with its design, application for construction, specified regulations, applicable standards and principles of technical knowledge, verification and acceptance of construction works, confirmation of works actually carried out, as well as control of construction settlements. Project promotion is an essential element of the implementation of an investment co-financed from Community funds. As part of the pre-project promotion, the following were planned: - making an information board, - placing information on the implementation of the investment on the website, - marking the documentation concerning the project. As part of the task, the documentation constituting the basis for the preparation of application documentation and the correct implementation of the project was developed. Implementation of the project: The project will also coordinate the implementation and settlement of the project. For this purpose, costs are foreseen under the indirect costs of the project. The aim of the project is to improve energy efficiency in a public building in the area of the City of Zielona Góra. In addition, the implementation of the project will contribute to: - reducing greenhouse gas emissions, - reducing heat losses, - reducing the cost of maintaining the facility, - reducing air pollution, - reducing the risk of diseases in the local community, - combating climate change, - increasing the attractiveness of public space.
