The subject of the project is to carry out comprehensive thermomodernization works of WOSIR facilities along with the construction of hybrid energy sources. The scope of work includes: - thermomodernization of the tennis hall; - construction of the heating system of the Olympian complex; - construction of a heating system for a social facility at caravanning; - construction of photovoltaic cell installations with additional works; - development and construction of a system for monitoring and managing energy sources. The Applicant and Investor of the project in question is the Lubuskie Voivodeship, which, being a local government unit and having legal personality, may apply for support under FEWL-21-27. The project will be operated by the Zbigniew Majewski Regional Centre for Sport and Recreation (WOSiR). As part of a comprehensive thermomodernization project, the following modernization works of WOSIR buildings resulting from the attached energy audits are planned, i.e.: - insulation of external walls, flat roof, roof insulation, - tennis hall, - replacement of window and door joinery, - tennis hall, - modernization of the heating system together with the heating and cooling installation of the tennis hall and modernization of the c.w.u., - installation of a heat pump in the tennis hall, - construction of a heat source based on the heat pump of the Olimpijczyk complex, - installation of photovoltaic panels for the Olimpijczyk complex with a capacity of 150 kW, - location of an energy cable, from trafostation to power heat pumps and photovoltaic installations, - modernization of the heating system, installation of a heat pump for the social facility at caravaning, - development, construction and implementation of a monitoring and management system of energy sources for the Olimpijczyk complex and the tennis hall, In addition, elements not resulting from energy audits will be implemented that implement the wider objectives of the European Green Deal: adding a room for heating and ventilation equipment to the tennis hall, Modernization of trafostation, Modernization of the SSP fire alarm system - tennis hall. The rationale for the investment is low energy efficiency indicators, poor efficiency of the heating system, large heat starts, poor insulation, outdated infrastructure from the 80s, lack of optimization in the management of energy sources. The building of the tennis hall has 3 floors and does not have a connection to the heating network. The current heat source is a gas furnace, in addition, a heat pump will be installed to support the heating system at least 50% of the heat energy demand, the central heating system will be completely replaced. The remaining facilities will be modernized in terms of the efficiency of the thermal system, switching almost entirely to RES sources. The project aims to increase energy efficiency, reduce pollutant emissions, which in the long term will contribute to the transition to a low-carbon economy WOSIR in Drzonków. Specific objectives : - energy security of the WOSIR facility, - effective use of thermal energy, - reduction of heating costs of facilities, - use of energy from renewable sources, - reduction of harmful pollutants into the atmosphere, - raising the standard and comfort of WOSIR rooms The purpose of the investment is to increase the energy efficiency of facilities, expressed in primary and final energy indicators in prepared energy audits. Reducing harmful pollutant emissions identified for each plant, in particular reducing carbon dioxide emissions as one of the main greenhouse gases, thus contributing to the transition to a low-carbon economy for plants. The goal at the product level is to perform tasks related to the thermomodernization of the tennis hall building, a new heat source for the Olimpijczyk complex, installation of photovoltaic panels and an auxiliary system optimizing thermal energy.
